Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for adjusting a cover, in particular a fuel cap, with the The preamble of claim 1 features specified.
No. 57-68128) bekannt. Such a device is by the Japanese Pa tent registration with publication number 58 185 325 (A) (Appl. No. 57-68128). The filler cap covers in Closed position a wall opening and one behind it assigned wall space in which perpendicular to the plane of the Tank cap a cylindrical guide part adjustable that supports the fuel cap. The guide part is from spring loaded outwards and in the closed position held by a locking device. Will the Locking device released via a Bowden cable, ver the preloaded spring provides the guide part and the the fuel cap supported on the outside. After this The fuel cap is lifted from the eccentric the guide part engaging the fuel cap is rotated by 180 ° and thereby away from a tank fill opening into the Open position blocked. In its open position it is Have the filler cap of the contour of the wall opening the wall area arranged protruding. Example unintentionally past the opened fuel cap Moving objects can therefore on the fuel cap or get caught on its holding parts while doing this Damage parts or the wall area. The fuel cap can from the guide part in one of the wall opening overlying location are pivoted back to the closing stroke of the fuel cap in its approximately Closing position flush with the outer skin, in which the guide part automatically locked, must be done manually.
The invention has for its object a Einrich device according to the preamble of claim 1 ben, the lid in the open position and vice versa can adjust in the closed position and in the open position protects the lid.
This task is characterized by the characteristics of Pa Solved claim 1 specified features.
By ge for the adjustment movement of the guide part inclined guide surface on which the cover or a slide element of the lid, the lid is attached to a Adjustment movement of the guide part in a simple manner the lifting / lowering area from the wall opening in the Wall space lowered or vice versa from the lowered Position raised to the closed position. A side Displacement or a rotary movement of the lid in this Lifting movement is due to the easy to manufacture cover prevents the lid from touching during the stroke movement is present or is guided. From the lowered position the cover can then be opened using another Adjustment device or preferably together with the Guide part an adjustment movement in the open position execute, in which, for example, the filling opening of a Accessible liquid fuel tank is. The adjustment movement can be any, for example wise rectilinear movement or a rotary movement. The adjusting device can be used, for example, as Tank cap trained by the engine Move the closed position to the open position in the an arm of an automatic fueling device the closure open the fuel tank and the fuel tank can fill. After a manual or over the arm of the automatic fueling device caused closing of the The cap or the fuel cap is remotely controlled ert, preferably by motor in its closed position relocate. In this case, a sensor can be provided, which at the beginning of a wheel rotation of a vehicle wheel drive the lid activated to an automatic To close the fuel cap. With an as It is therefore not necessary to fill the tank cap so that when filling up one verses with the facility the driver or another person Leaves the vehicle and supports refueling from the outside.

Fig. 3 eine vergrößerte Einzelheit von Fig. 2. Fig. 3 is an enlarged detail of FIG. 2.
The device shown in Fig. 1 has, in a first embodiment, a tank cap ausgebil Deten 1 , which is shown by solid lines in its closed position, in which the cover 1 covers a wall opening 3 in a wall area 2 of a motor vehicle approximately flush with the skin. A wall space 4 adjoining the wall opening 3 is thus not accessible from the outside in the closed position. In the wall space 4 is approximately parallel to the plane of the wall opening 3 a Füh tion part 5 on a stationary guide bar 6 ver adjustable. The guide member 6 has an inclined to its manufacturing movement guide surface 7 on which a from the cover 1 abste in the wall space 4 existing sliding element 8 is supported and slides along a Verstellbe movement of the guide member 5 . The Gleitele element 8 has two legs 9 , each of which overlap the guide part opposite from the outside. On both sides opposite in the guide part 5, the guide surface 7 forming guide grooves 10 are formed, in which protruding from the ends of the legs 9 to the guide part 5 and dark Darge provided guide lugs 11 engage. In the closed position and during a lifting movement H in the wall space 4 , the cover 1 is loaded by an arrangement between the cover 1 and the guide part 5 spring 12 to an adjustable cover stop 13 . In the closed position of the cover 1 , the guide part 5 rests against a stationary stop 14 , which limits the adjustment range of the guide part 5 and is to be adjusted so that in the closed position, the cover 1 runs flush with the wall area 2 . The spring 12 loads the cover 1 or the sliding element 8 to form a driver 15 on the guide part 5 . The guide member 5 is for example via a flexi ble drive shaft 16 from an unillustrated drive, for example adjustable by an electric motor. If the guide part 5 is adjusted to the right in the figure by the drive in a lifting / lowering adjustment area corresponding to dimension L, the guide lugs 11 of the sliding element 8 slide along in the respectively assigned guide groove 10 , since the cover 1 by the force of the relaxing spring 12 to the cover stop 13 remains loaded. The cover 1 is completely lowered into the wall space 4 when the driver 15 at the end of the lifting / lowering adjustment range H of the guide part 5 comes to rest on the sliding element or on the legs 9 . In a subsequent adjustment movement of the guide part 5 in the figure to the right, the driver 15 takes the sliding element 8 and thus the cover 1 with in the open position shown by broken outline, in which the cover 1 at least partially, in the exemplary embodiment for the most part a wall area 17 adjoining the wall opening 3 . For this purpose, the wall space extends laterally to below this wall area 17 . Is the lid 1 in ner position shown by broken outline open position, the not shown, closed by a filler opening of a fuel tank, also not shown, is accessible. The closure is designed so that an automatically guided to the closure actuating arm of an automatic Tankeinrich device can open the closure and insert a tank pipe into the filling opening. After refueling the vehicle, the closure is reset by the actuating arm in its closed position. If the actuating arm is moved back from the automatic tank device, the device according to the invention automatically adjusts the cover 1 in the reverse position into the closed position. In a motorized displacement of the guide member 5 from the open position shown by broken outline, in the figure to the left, the sliding element 8 remains in position due to the residual clamping force of the spring 12 on the driver 15 of the guide member 5 . Has the lid 1 reached the lid stop 13 , the lid 1 performs a further displacement of the guide part 5 , in the figure by the dimension L to the left, a stroke movement H until in the closed position shown by solid lines to the driver 15 on the Stop 14 is present. The spring 12 has been tensioned again and is increasingly loading the cover 1 against the fixed stop 13 .
In the second exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, as in the first exemplary embodiment, a cover 1 'designed as a tank cap is arranged approximately flush with the outer skin of an outer wall region 2 ' of a motor vehicle in the illustrated closed position, in which a wall opening 3 'covered by the cover 1 ' is trained. As in the first embodiment, the wall opening 3 'connects to a wall space 4 ', which is not accessible from the outside in the closed position and in which the filler opening of a fuel tank, which can be closed by a closure, is located. In the wall space 4 'is about a to the plane of the wall opening 3 ' approximately perpendicular axis 18, a guide member 5 'by an angle α of approximately 360 °. The disc-shaped guide part 5 'is rotatable by a drive 21 , in the present case by an electric motor which drives, for example, a connecting tube 22 which is connected to the guide part 5 ' about the axis 18 in a rotationally fixed manner. On a peripheral region of the cover 1 'facing the end of the guide part 5 ' is formed with an axial slope, a guide surface 7 ', on which a from the cover 1 ' in the wall space 4 'projecting sliding element 8 ' is supported and with a rotational movement of the guide part 5 'slides along. Between the sliding element 8 'and the guide part 5 ', a pressure spring 20 is provided which axially loads the contact part 8 'against the guide part 5 '. The plant part 8 'is axially adjustable and rotatable on a fixed rod member 23 which is arranged coaxially to the axis 18 and eccentrically to the cover 1 '. In the stationary rod member 23 recognizable in Fig. 3 bare recess 24 is formed, which has a longitudinal recess 25 extending in the direction of the axis 18 , to which at the end directed towards the drive 21 an order recess 26 connects, which is in the circumferential direction tion extends for example over an angle of approximately 180 °. In the recess 24 engages from the Füh tion part 8 'in Fig. 2 radially inwardly projecting pin 27 , which is arranged by a between the sliding element 8 ' and a fixed support member 19 spring 12 'against the right in Fig. 3 edge of Longitudinal recess 25 is loaded, which forms a cover stop 13 '. In the closed position and with a lifting movement H 'of the cover 1 ' causing rotary movement of the guide part 5 'in a lifting / lowering adjustment area L', the pin 27 is against the cover stop 13 ', so that the cover 1 ' depending on the direction of rotation from the closed position is lowered or raised to the closed position. If the cover 1 'was lowered from the closed position, then, for example, after an angular lifting / lowering range L' of the guide part 5 'of approximately 180 °, a driver 15 ' of the guide part 5 'on a support shoulder 28 of the sliding element 8 '. In this lowered position of the cover 1 ', the pin 27 is located in the longitudinal recess 25 in its opposite the circumferential recess 26 under the most position. In a further, same-direction rotation movement also about 180 °, the driver 15 'in Fig. 2 takes the support shoulder 28 and rotates the cover 1 ' about the eccentric axis 18 in an open position in which the cover 1 'at least partially, in the lying version for the most part under a wall area 3 'adjacent to the wall opening 17 '. The wall space 4 ', not shown, extends to below this wall area 17 '. The rotary movement of the guide part 5 'is monitored by a microswitch 29 . In the open position, the fill opening of the fuel tank is accessible as in the first embodiment. In this embodiment, too, the fuel tank can be filled fully automatically and the lid and the closure of the fuel tank can be actively opened and closed.
With a reverse rotational movement of the guide part 5 ', the cover 1 ' remains from its open position to its lowered position from the closed position due to the force of the spring 12 'with its support shoulder 28 on the driver 15 ' in contact. The pin 27 ver arises in the circumferential recess 26 of the fixed rod element 23 . In the lowered position of the cover 1 'from the closed position, the pin 27 rests on the support shoulder 13 '. In order to be able to adjust the cover 1 'precisely to the wall opening 3 ', the fixed rod element 23 is, for example, adjustable in angle. In the lifting / lowering range L 'corresponding white direct rotary movement 5 ', the pin 27 slides along the cover stop 13 ', whereby the lifting movement H' is effected in the closed position. In order to achieve a position of the cover 1 'flush with the outer skin in the closed position, the connecting tube 23 or the cover 1 ' can be adjusted axially and optionally the cover 1 'in its inclination. It is also possible that an adjustable support element engages on the cover, which is adjustable with the cover and supports it. When closing the lid 1 'be a stop 14 ' in the closed position, the rotational movement of the guide member 5 ', which is adjustable in its position.
The invention is also in of the embodiments different versions can be realized. Preferably the guide part of a drive known per se, for example, an electric motor, adjustable. As well can the guide part via a Bowden cable or the like Chen from a distance, for example from the passenger compartment Motor vehicle her manually operable. The leadership part can be in any direction in the wall space be arranged adjustable and a total or be richly straight and / or curved guide surface point.
