B eingeteilt.
Messers
drehbar gelagerten doppelarmigen Hebel d verbunden.
hin und her gleiten.
Tilting mechanism for reversing the valves. Dryer gas meter with two lounges. The invention relates to a tilting clamping mechanism for reversing the valves dry gas meter with two measuring spaces. It is described in more detail below and shown schematically in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment. The gas meter is divided into two measuring spaces A and B by a membrane a in a known manner. The membrane is connected to a double-armed lever b rotatably mounted on the housing of the knife and by a connecting rod c to the double-armed lever d rotatably mounted on the housing of the knife. The fulcrum of the connecting rod c is fixedly arranged on the lever d and adjustable on the lever b in the longitudinal direction of the same, so that the transmission ratio between these two levers can be changed as required. The number of stroke movements of the membrane are transferred to a counter by a lever e and form the measure for the gas consumption. In the lever d, a pull or push rod f is slidably mounted in the longitudinal direction, which serves to transfer the stroke movements of the membrane to a valve control lever g rotatably mounted in the housing of the knife and thus to move the valve rod h on which the valve disks i and k for alternating opening and closing of the openings l and m for the inflowing gas and the openings ya and o for the outflowing gas are attached. Fixed stops p and q, a helically wound spring r and a further pull or push rod s finite stops t and 2c fixed thereon are arranged on the pull or push rod f. The spring r acts through pressure, but it can also be arranged as a tension spring in connection with the two pull or push rods f and s. To maintain the respective valve positions during the stroke movements of the membrane, a locking device is required, which can be of any desired type and of a known type. In the present case, for. B., also without claim to novelty, on the approximately perpendicular arms of the levers d and g, the levers v and w mounted, which slide back and forth between the guide pins arranged in the housing of the knife. The ends of these two levers are appropriately designed as angle pieces _x and y so that during the movement of the lever w from one side to the other, either the lower edge or the upper edge of the piece y slides on the piece x.
The mode of operation of the valve reversing mechanism is as follows: In the position of the moving parts shown in the drawing, the gas flows through the opening l of the inlet pipe into the measuring chamber B and has filled it so far that the end position of the diaphragm stroke movement is reached in one direction and the Valves suddenly have to be reversed. The stop p on the pull or push rod f rested on the lever g during this stroke period of the membrane, and this was supported by the lever v by means of the piece y on the part x of the lever w . The valve rod h was prevented from moving in this way. The spring r rested on the stop q fixed on the pull or push rod f and was compressed and tensioned by the stop t of the pull or push rod s moved by the lever d. When the valves are reversed, the support of the lever g caused by the angle pieces x and y is canceled, the spring r presses on the stop q and in this way moves the pull or push rod f in the longitudinal direction until the valve head i and k close the openings on the opposite side and the stop q rests on lever d. After the valves have been reversed, the angle piece y of the lever v is supported on the opposite side of the angle piece x and now secures the position of the valves during the stroke movements of the membrane in the opposite direction. During this stroke period, the lever g rests on the stop t of the now fixed pull or push rod s, the lever d presses on the stop q on the pull or push rod f and, by moving the same in the longitudinal direction, tensions the spring r in the opposite direction before the change of direction.
