Description

Aus WO-63/25059 A1 ist es bekannt, das Bildsignal eines CCD- Detektors zum Einschalten einer nachgeschalteten Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung heranzuziehen.DE 42 35 527 A1 describes an X-ray detection device described that a fluorescent screen with a downstream areal CCD detector for the Has image information. Such CCD detectors exist usually from a variety of vertical and at least one horizontal shift register. The Exposure control takes place in the known X-ray detector through a separate detector. From WO-63/25059 A1 it is known that the image signal of a CCD Detector to turn on a downstream Image processing device to use.

The invention is based on the object X-ray detection device of the type mentioned above  train that an automatic exposure control with little effort is possible.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of claim 1. In the X-ray detection device according to the invention, this is the case with the CCD detector anyway existing serial shift register as exposure sensor used.

Es zeigen:The invention is based on the drawing he he purifies. Show it:

Fig. 1 ein Röntgenstrahlennachweisgerät zur Erläuterung des Erfindungsgedankens, und Fig. 1 shows an X-ray detection device to explain the inventive concept, and

FIG. 2 shows the CCD detector in the X-ray detection device according to FIG. 1.

In Fig. 1, a mom 1 is shown, which is irradiated by X-ray radiation 2 and lies on a plate 3 . An X-ray image is generated on a fluorescent screen 4 and is guided through an optical system 5 , preferably in the form of an optical fiber bundle, to a CCD detector 6 .

Fig. 2 shows the structure of the CCD detector 6 in greater detail. It is an upper horizontal shift register 7 and a lower horizontal shift register 8 , and a series of upper vertical shift registers 9 and lower vertical shift registers 10 .

The charges of the pixels, which are generated by exposure via the luminescent screen 4 and the optical system 5 , who transmitted the via the parallel vertical shift registers 9 , 10 into the serial, horizontal shift registers 7 , 8 , from where the CCD detector 6 via Amplifier 11 , 12 is read out. The shift registers 7 , 8 are also sensitive to light and are exposed to the light of the fluorescent screen 4 . The resulting charge is used to control exposure.

Zur Auskopplung des Meßsignales gibt es folgende Möglichkei ten:There are the following options for decoupling the measurement signal ten:

So wird die Belichtung des dunkel sten Bereiches konstant gehalten.a) Without controlling the charge shift of the shift registers 9 , 10 , the charges of the shift registers 7 , 8 are transported in the usual way to the amplifier 11 , 12 (charge detector) and transformed into voltage values. The individual measured values can be added together or combined into groups. An advantageous procedure is to perform the lighting control after the smallest voltage value of this scan. The exposure of the darkest area is kept constant.
Here, too, the charges in the shift registers 9 , 10 remain unchanged. However, the gates of the shift registers 7 , 8 are driven in such a way that no charge separation is effective (e.g. all gates are at the normally most positive value of the drive pulses, e.g. +15 V). Now there is instantaneous voltage at the output of the amplifier 11 , 12 , which speaks to the time value of the integral of the intensity of the X-ray radiation via the shift register 7 , 8 and can be used in a conventional manner for exposure control.
