Description

Anordnung zur Verbesserung der Kühlluftführüng zwischen den in den Läuferkörper eingesetzten'Schenkelpöien elektrischer Maschinen mit Luftschlitzen im Läuferkörper. Bei Läufern mit Schenkelpolen ist es bekannt, Luftschlitze im Läuferkörper anzubringen, durch die den Erregerwicklungen Kühlluft zugeführt wird. Nach der Erfindung wird die Kühlung derartiger Läufer dadurch erheblich verbessert, daß die Schenkel der Pole in der Nähe des Läuferkörpers von der Erregerwicklung frei bleiben.Arrangement to improve the Kühlluftführung between the in the Rotor body used 'thighs of electrical machines with air slots in the runner body. Nach der Erfindung bleiben die Polschenkel s in der Nähe des Läuferkörpers h auf dem Stück d von Erregerwicklungen frei. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß die Austrittsbreite für die Luft aus den Kanälen z um ein erhebliches Stück größer wird als bei einer Anordnung, bei der die Erregerwicklungen bis an den Polkörper heranreichen. Die Breite wird jetzt, wie ersichtlich, anstatt a die Größe b erhalten. Es kann also mehr Luft durch die Luftschlitze z austreten als bisher. Da die Luft in dem freien Raum zwischen den Erregerwicklungen und dem Läuferkörper sich ausbreiten kann, wird auch der Querschnitt a für die Durchführung der Luft zwischen den nach den Achsenden zu liegenden Teilen der Erregerwicklungen voll ausgenutzt, so daß die durch die Kanäle z austretende Luft uneingeschränkt weiterfließen kann. Außerdem wird eine bessere Verteilung des Kühlluftstromes auch auf die nach den Seiten zu gelegenen Teile der Erregerwicklungen erzielt, so daß die Kühlung dieser Wicklungen ganz erheblich verbessert wird.An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing.
