Securing against automatic loosening of screwed-on parts, in particular
the bowls of bicycle bells. The invention relates to such fuses
against automatic loosening of screwed-on parts, in which the threaded bolt with
a transverse hole for a locking member, e.g. B. cotter pin, pin or the like. Is provided. the
The present invention consists in that as a locking member in the transverse hole of the threaded pin
a self-contained ring is attached, which is shaped like a key ring in a spiral
is split or from several lying flat on top of one another, resilient against one another
Turns and is in front of the part to be secured, z. B. the bell bowl,
attaches to its axial displacement
and to prevent loosening.
Such a closed ring can indeed move in the transverse hole
and move, but never solve by yourself. On the other hand, there is the possibility
available to remove it if necessary.

In the middle of the lower part a, a vertically standing pin or tenon c is attached, which is provided with a thread at its upper end. The bell cup d has a central bore with a nut thread and is screwed onto the threaded part of the pin c. The latter is twisted off cylindrically above the threaded part of the pin, so that the free end of the pin forms a weaker pin e through which a transverse hole f passes. A washer g can also be pushed onto the pin e, which cuts off with the cross hole f. A closed ring, h, is introduced into the transverse hole f , which lies transversely in front of the bell shell or the washer and prevents its axial displacement and loosening. The ring h is split spirally in the manner of the known key rings, or two coils resilient against one another are laid flat on top of one another. The ring h is with the one. The end of the turns is finely guided into the transverse hole and turned until the other end of the turns has also passed the hole and the entire ring h hangs in the transverse hole f. The ring is brought out in the same way, after which the bell can be dismantled.
Securing with a key ring is not intended to be on bicycle bells
Be limited alone as they are equally beneficial for others who are unscrewed
Parts and nuts can be used that are self-acting due to vibrations
Loosening are exposed.
