B. Satellitennavigation) und auswertet oder unmittelbar Positionsdaten empfängt (z. B. Funkpeilsystem). Wesentlicher Teil der Einrichtung ist eine Speichereinheit, die vorgegebene geographische Positionen (Identifizierungspunkte) gespeichert hat, welche eine eindeutige Charakterisierung der einzelnen gebührenpflichtigen Wegstrecken ermöglichen. Eine Recheneinheit vergleicht jeweils die aktuell ermittelten oder empfangenen Fahrzeugpositionsdaten mit den Positionsdaten der Identifizierungspunkte und kann durch einen Entscheidungsalgorithmus eindeutig ermitteln, ob eine gebührenpflichtige Wegstrecke vom Fahrzeug benutzt wird. Wenn eine gebührenpflichtige Streckennutzung ermittelt wird, nimmt die Einrichtung auf einem Speichermedium (z. B. Wertspeicherkarte in Form einer Chip-Karte) eine entsprechende Verbuchung vor, indem von einem in dem Speichermedium eingetragenen Wertguthaben der jeweilige Streckentarif abgezogen wird. Die Wertspeicherkarte wird vom Nutzer des Fahrzeugs an einer Zahlstelle (z. B. Kassenautomat) gekauft und hat ein bestimmtes Wertguthaben, das durch die Nutzung der gebührenpflichtigen Strecken sukzessive aufgezehrt wird. Wenn das Wertguthaben teilweise oder ganz aufgebraucht ist, kann es an einer der vorgesehenen Zahlstellen gegen Entrichtung eines entsprechenden Geldbetrags wieder aufgefüllt werden. Verfahren zur Verrechnung der Nutzungsgebühren für Dienstleistungen mittels einer vom Nutzer mitgeführten maschinell les- und beschreibbaren Wertspeicherkarte, insbesondere einer Chip-Karte, auf der ein Wertguthaben eingetragen ist, welches bei Nutzung einer Dienstleistung, insbesondere bei Nutzung gebührenpflichtiger Wegstrecken im Rahmen eines Autobahngebührenabrechnungssystems, bei dem die Wegstreckennutzung durch Fahrzeugpositionsermittlung über Satellitennavigation erfolgt, um die für die jeweilige Dienstleistung zu zahlende Nutzungsgebühr vermindert wird, wobei das Wertguthaben der Wertspeicherkarte im voraus an vorbestimmten Zahlstellen, insbesondere an entsprechenden Kassenautomaten, bezahlt und nach völligem oder teilweisem Verbrauch wieder aufgefüllt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Zwecke der Zuordnung von Nutzungsgebühren zu verschiedenen Anbietern von Dienstleistungen, die nicht mit dem Betreiber der Zahlstellen identisch sind, vorgesehen ist, daß jedem Anbieter, dessen Dienstleistung vom Nutzer in Anspruch genommen wird, auf der Wertspeicherkarte ein Guthabenkonto zugeordnet wird, dem im Falle einer Nutzungshandlung jeweils die gerade vom Wertguthaben abgebuchte einzelne Nutzungsgebühr gutgeschrieben wird, und daß bei Wiederauffüllung des Wertguthabens die Guthabenkonten der einzelnen Anbieter aus der Wertspeicherkarte automatisch ausgelesen, auf der Wertspeicherkarte gelöscht und zur verursachungsgerechten Verteilung der an den Zahlstellen eingenommenen Geldbeträge auf die verschiedenen Anbieter benutzt werden. 1.Procedure for charging user fees for services by means of a machine-readable and writable value memory card carried by the user, in particular a chip card, on which a value credit is entered, which is used when using a service, in particular when using toll routes within the framework of a motorway toll accounting system, in which the distance is used by vehicle position determination via satellite navigation in order to reduce the usage fee to be paid for the respective service, whereby the value credit of the value memory card is paid in advance at predetermined payment points, in particular at corresponding cash machines, and is replenished after complete or partial consumption, thereby characterized in that for the purpose of assigning user fees to different providers of services that are not identical to the operator of the paying agent, it is provided that each m Provider whose service is used by the user is assigned a credit account on the value memory card, to which the individual usage fee just debited from the value credit is credited in the event of a usage, and that when the value credit is replenished, the credit accounts of the individual providers are credited from the value memory card read out automatically, deleted from the value memory card and used to distribute the amounts of money received at the paying agents to the various providers. 2.
