Abstract

In order to remove caps on recyclable bottles for bottle crates and for unpacking said bottles, two independent machines have been necessary up until now. In order to simplify the flow of operation, the two functions are now combined in one unit.

Description

They are intermittent capsule removal machines known on return bottles in boxes.

Likewise, box unpacking machines for bottles of various designs.

Two different machines are required for both operations, plus the necessary transport and buffer routes.

The proposed solution combines both machine systems in one Machine system together.

The boxes with the return bottles become one continuous fed rotating machine and when rotating in the carousel Capsules removed from the bottles.

Depending on the type of capsule, specific tools are used, e.g. B. for lifting crown caps, or for unscrewing Screw caps.

This lifting rod is moved by the cam roller - 10 - attached to it and runs in the cam groove - 11 -.

The bottles - 12 - are held by a hold-down plate - 14 - (during the removal process) in the box - 13 - which at the same time takes the box - 13 - with it and transports it.

It is also possible to arrange radially arranged driver fingers independently of the lifting rod 8 and its tools in order to transport the box in a circle.

The hold-down plate - 14 - still performs an additional gripper function, such that, for. B. an inflatable gripper bellows is integrated per bottle.

After removing the capsules from the bottles, the lifting rod - 8 - moves the removal tools - 7 - out of the box - 13 -, whereby the bottles are pulled out of the box by the gripping function of the hold-down plate - 14 - and the bottle is opened empty its roller conveyor - 18 - continues to run.

The packed bottles are placed on a plate belt - 20 - arranged above the box outlet by releasing the gripping function of the hold-down plate - 14 - and run out of the machine separately from the box without capsules.

Claims (1)

System for removing capsules from return bottles in crates with subsequent unpacking of the bottles, characterized in that the crates are located on a horizontal circular path and the capsule removal unit is equipped with a gripper function in order to separate the bottles from the crate and to transport them on their own put.
