Abstract

The invention relates to a solar-cell cassette which is integrated into the roofing skin and thus serving as roofing skin will be much more acceptable since it is a much more pleasing solution from an aesthetic point of view.

Description

Dieser Weg hat entscheidende Nachteile:In today's solar technology, solar cells are made using frames, which are attached to the rafters with hooks, above the normal roof skin (above the roof tiles, etc.) attached. This path has decisive disadvantages:

  • 1. Muß die Dachhaut vollständig eingedeckt sein,1. Must the roof skin be completely covered,
  • 2. ist die Gefahr der Undichtigkeit größer, da die Dachhaut an vielen Stellen durchbrochen ist,2. the risk of leakage is greater since the Roof skin is broken in many places,
  • 3. ist der Widerstand enorm,3. the resistance is enormous,
And this is particularly serious, this structure not particularly appreciated in terms of aesthetics. It doesn't look.

The inventor made it his business to find a way seek that eliminates these disadvantages.

He suggests that the solar cell carriers be designed as cassettes, which simultaneously form the roof skin and integrate into the roof skin be embossed so that they do not protrude, that is Height of the roof skin is used constructively to the solar cells embed. The savings are considerable. The frame as additional carrier is not required. The leakage problems occur not up and the matter looks essential above all more beautiful.

Fig. 1 shows in perspective a registered INDOOR with tiles (2) roof (1) with integrated solar cassette (3). This cassette ( 3 ) has two or more elevations ( 4 ) (molded or attached) which serve as a support for the solar cells ( 5 , 6 + 7 ). The cassettes can also be designed such that a plurality of solar cells are arranged next to one another or next to and on top of one another.

FIG. 2 shows the section AA through the perspective arrangement from FIG. 1. The roof tiles ( 2 ) lie on the roof battens ( 8 ). Which in turn on the rafters ( 9 ). The cassette ( 3 ) with its increases ( 4 ) lies on the roof battens ( 8 ). The solar cells ( 5 , 6 + 7 ) lie on the ridges ( 4 ). The cover strip ( 10 ), which can be integrally formed, the cantilever ( 11 ) as an additional strip with the cassette ( 3 ) z. B. can be connected to ( 10 ) and covers the roof tiles ( 2 ), thus protrudes beyond them. Both strips can also be molded on immediately. This cover strip ( 10 ) also holds the solar cells. The solar cells ( 5 , 6 + 7 ) are inserted into the cassettes ( 3 ) and held by the strips ( 10 ). The cassettes can by attached to the width downward strips ( 13 ) z. B. are slotted (slot 14 ) via angle ( 15 ) which are connected to this bar ( 13 ) by screws in the slots ( 14 ) with the rafters ( 9 ) are screwed ver. Tabs ( 16 ) can also be attached which have a hole ( 17 ) below the roof battens through which a longitudinal rod is pushed. There is also the option of fastening the cassettes to the roof battens in connection with the rafters from above using screws with sealing rings. This can even be done with nails this way.

Fig. 3 shows a cassette ( 3 ) with two rows of solar cells ( 15 + 16 ) arranged side by side. One above the other is the same arrangement as in Fig. 1st

Fig. 4 zeigt die Stoßstellen zweier Kassetten (3a + 3b). Fig. 4 shows the joints of two cassettes ( 3 a + 3 b). ( 3 a) goes into ( 3 b). The upper cantilever strip ( 11 ) of ( 3 a) extends over those of ( 3 b).
