Description

Loop antenna with switchable winding. There are loop antennas with two and more winding departments known in which these winding departments for gradual change of the waveband one after the other, in parallel or in groups be switched. In these known arrangements were previously only the same winding components are used for parallel and series connection. Here is the disadvantage that the wave stages that can be achieved with it do not match that of the capacitor match bridged wave range, so that z. B. when connecting two in parallel same winding compartments results in the wave variation z: 2, while through one variable capacitor of, for example, 500 cm with an initial capacitance of 65 cm a range of i: 2.8 can be bridged in the shaft.

On the other hand, there were three identical winding groups of a loop antenna connected in parallel and in series, this resulted in a wave variation of r: 3. However, this stage can be due to the aforementioned variable capacitor as a result the always existing considerable initial capacity can no longer be bridged. Using large variable capacitance again weakens the volume. One is So forced to make do with the small winding coils, or have to sufficient gradations of the Waveband through special additional Execute coils laid in parallel or in series with the frame winding. This latter However, the solution to the problem is expensive and requires an increase in the frame dimensions.

All of these inconveniences are eliminated by the present invention. A frame winding according to the invention is divided into unequal parts and switched these first all in series, then the largest and second largest part in parallel, subsequently the next smaller winding part in parallel to how it fig. i to q. then one can show by choosing the self-induction measurements in the various subdivided winding parts the shaft gradations directly within the frame winding dimensioned so that it corresponds exactly to the wave variation of the associated Capacitor, fits. Furthermore, this way of switching allows you to be very precise the various wave variations of the variable capacitor in the individual Adjust wavebands. As is known, the self-capacitance of the loop antenna decreases by connecting several winding groups in parallel. Since the self-capacitance is parallel to the variable capacitor of the loop antenna, its wave variation decreases with smaller emerging wave. This peculiarity of the switchable loop antenna can be seen through the present invention take into account in the simplest possible way. The invention enables large sufficient but not excessively overlapping wave ranges with the smallest Expenditure on winding material and circuit to be carried out. Special additional coils are completely superfluous in loop antennas according to the present invention, whereby the receiving loop antenna which is the subject of the present invention and transmission is considerably cheaper than the previously known switchable loop antennas, where winding sections of the same size are connected in parallel or one behind the other became. Fig. 5 shows a combined circuit of the dissimilar winding parts.

For special purposes where it is absolutely necessary that in the frame If there is absolute symmetry, the same effect can be achieved as shown in Fig. 6 that each of the unequal winding amounts are divided into two groups and is wound symmetrically to the frame rotation axis.
