The subject matter of the invention relates to a 'carrying bag with a cut-out through which the stiffening rail can be passed of the shoulder strap. The new thing is that _ in the stiffening rail Slider, a flap or the like. Is embedded, and claws on the end sides of the slot are arranged. A strap α is sewn, buckled or otherwise fastened to the pocket of the usual shape and texture, which is used to hold files or other objects. On the back of the flap k there is a cutout χ which goes through the stiffening rail / can be covered by an insertable slide s, a flap or the like. Patent claim: Carrying bag with a cutout going through the stiffening rail for passing the carrying strap through, characterized in that the cutout (x) is covered by a somewhat shorter plate (s) (slide, flap or the like) so that slot-shaped openings ( b, c) remain, which allow passage to the perforated strap (a) fastened with its ends on both sides of the pocket, and at least on one of the end sides of the cutout (λ;) an inwardly directed claw that extends over the opening ( y) which can be fixed by hooking the straps.
