Claims (4)

1. Vorrichtung zur Kaschierung, insbesondere eines Topf- oder Haushaltsschwammes, wobei mittels heißschmelzbaren Kunststoffpulvers an die Unterseite eines Schaumstoffträgermaterials aus Polyether, Polyester oder Pantex mit einem Raumgewicht von 5 bis 80 kg pro m3 oder aus Viskose-Schwamm-Material aus geblocktem Kunststoff-Faser-Vlies oder dergleichen ein härteres Teilelement, wie ein Scheuervlies, eine Massagefläche, ein Putzkörper oder dergleichen, aufkaschiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß heißschmelzbares Kunststoffpulver (6) über einen Schütt-Trichter (1) einer beheizten, rotierenden Walze (2) zugeführt wird und daß das Trägermaterial (8) über ein Förderband (4) der Walze (2) zugeführt wird, wobei ein verflüssigter Kunststoff-Film (7) auf das Trägermaterial (8) aufgewalzt wird und daß der Walze (2) eine Umlenkwalze (3) nachgeschaltet ist, wo in einem Kaschierspalt das härtere Teilelement (9) auf das Trägermaterial aufkaschiert wird. 1.
