Hier ist die Nabe (9) aus anderen Gründen so geräumig, daß der Flansch (10) vollstän dig in ihr untergebracht werden kann. Auch diese Platzver hältnisse sind nicht immer gegeben. Der Markt fordert aber immer kürzere Einbaulängen, auch wenn die Stirnfläche des Wellenendes nicht zugänglich ist und/oder die Nabe nicht ohnehin Eintauchraum für den Flansch bietet.An exception sketched in Fig. 1 is e.g. B. known from Fig. 3 in DE-PS 29 34 164. Dabei werden erfindungsgemäß die Querschnitte des Flansches (1a) als Freiträger betrachtet deren Stärke in Richtung größerer Außendurchmesser abnehmen darf. Für den so entstehenden kegelförmigen Flansch (1a) ist auch bei Naben (2) geringen Außendurchmessers ein kegel förmiger Freiraum (2a) zu schaffen, der beim Anziehen der Schrauben (3) der Druckbuchse (1) den Flansch (1a) aufnehmen kann.The invention has set itself the task of saving the axial installation space for the flange even under the latter conditions. Als eine beispielhafte Anwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Vorschlages zeigt Abb. 3 eine an sich bekannte Balg kupplung. Bei diesen Kupplungen, die trotz hoher Torsions steife recht flexibel vorhandenen Wellenversatz ausgleichen, ist der Wellrohrbalg (4) mit seinem Bord (4a) an der Nabe (2) befestigt (Löten, Schweißen, Kleben, Einrollen usw.). Da solche Kupplungen zum Verbinden von Wellenenden einge setzt werden, scheidet eine Welle-Nabe-Verbindung nach Abb. 1 aus. Auch eine Welle-Nabe-Verbindung nach Abb. 2 scheitert meist daran, daß die Balgaußendurch messer und damit die Bordinnendurchmesser nicht genügend groß ausgeführt werden können. Die Welle-Nabe-Verbindung erfolgt deshalb gewöhnlich wie links in Abb. 3 darge stellt. Die gleiche Abb. 3 zeigt rechts die erfindungs gemäße Unterbringung des Flansches (1a) der Druckbuchse (1) im Freiraum (2a) der Nabe (2), nachdem die Schrauben (3) angezogen worden sind. Im Gegensatz zu Abb. 1 sind hier keine Konusringe (5) eingesetzt, sondern die Druckbuchse (1) ist einstückig mit einem Außenkonus (1b) und die Nabe (2) mit einem Innenkonus (2b) ausgebildet, was jedoch für die erfindungsgemäße Ausführung nicht zwin gend ist.As an exemplary application of the proposal according to the invention, Fig. 3 shows a known bellows coupling.
