Die durchlässige Struktur ist aus strukturierten Karten aus keramischen Material aufgebaut. Die Struktur kann durch Sägen, Fräsen, Drehen, Lasern, Stanzen und Flüssigkeitsstrahlschneiden in der Karte erzeugt werden. Die einzelnen Karten werden in bestimmter Reihenfolge aufeinander gestapelt, laminiert und zu einem Monolithen gebrannt. Dabei entstehen parallel verlaufende Kanalsysteme 1, 2 die übereinander durch jeweils eine Karte 3 getrennt in beliebig vielen Schichten angeordnet sind. Jedes Kanalsystem 1, 2 ist mit parallel zueinander verlaufenden Kanälen 4, 5 versehen. In die Kanäle 4, 5 ragen wechselweise Hindernisse 10, 11, durch die das strömende Medium umgelenkt und verwirbelt wird. Die Struktur weist ferner Anschluß - und Verteilerkanäle 6, 7, 8, 9 auf, in die die Kanäle 4, 5 münden. Über die Anschlußkanäle 6, 7 können die einzelnen Kanäle 4, 5 gleichmäßig versorgt und über die Verteilerkanäle 8, 9, die den Kanälen 6, 7 diagonal gegenüber angeordnet sind, entsorgt werden bzw. umgekehrt.The permeable structure is made up of structured cards made of ceramic material.
