Abstract

Tool comprises movable parts and moulded components which are produced at; (i) a tool filling and compression station; and (ii) a freezing or crosslinking station. The movable tool pats pass through both stations with either a linear or a circular arc movement. The movable tool parts are charged and unloaded at stations outside the forming tool. Description

Es ist bekannt, Formwerkzeuge mit bewegbaren Formteilen bei der Fertigung von Kunststoffteilen einzusetzen, wenn vorgefertigte Komponenten im Kunststoff eingebettet werden sollen. Dabei sind die bewegbaren Formteile Bestandteil des Formwerkzeugs. Sie lassen sich aus dem Formgestell entnehmen. Im Wechselbetrieb eingesetzt, kann in ein bewegbares Formteil die vorgefertigte Komponente, z. B. ein Metallkontakt, außer­ halb des Werkzeugs eingelegt werden, während ein zweites, be­ reits mit der Komponente bestücktes Formteil sich im Werk­ zeug befindet und dort mit am Fertigungsprozeß des Kunst­ stoffteils beteiligt ist. Durch die kurze Wechselzeit der be­ wegbaren Formteile zwischen den Fertigungsabläufen ergeben sich geringere Stillstandszeiten der Fertigungsmaschine als beim direkten Einlegen der einzubettenden Komponenten in das Formwerkzeug (Literatur: Zeitschrift Kunststoffe 79 (1989), Carl Hanser Verlag München, Heft 11, Seite 1131: Huber, "Pro­ duktivität mit Tandem-Handhabungsgeräten steigern").
