Description

Der Solargenerator besteht insgesamt aus mehreren, nur in Reihe geschalteten Solarmodulen, um jederzeit eine möglichst hohe Spannung zu erhalten. Jedes einzelne Solarmodul erhält je eine Bypassdiode, um Spannungsdifferenzen, z. B. durch partielle Abschattung, innerhalb der Reihenschaltung durch Bypassströme auszugleichen.
Desgleichen besteht eine Akkubatterie insgesamt aus mehreren in Reihe geschalteten Einzelzellen. Jede dieser Einzelzellen erhält je eine Bypass­ diode, um so verschiedene Ladezustände innerhalb der Reihenschaltung aus Einzelzellenakkus auszugleichen.
Eine intelligente Prozessorsteuerung schaltet nun, je nach automatisch gemessener, anschwellender Generatorspannung, morgens bei beginnender Dämmerung, schon bei Ug<Uz (Zellenspannung), einen Ladestrom in die erste Akkuzelle. Bei weiter anschwellender Generatorspannung werden von der Prozessorsteuerung weitere Akkuzellen zugeschaltet und so geladen. Aus der gesamten Akkuschaltung kann je nach Ladezustand ein mehr oder weniger großer Entladestrom entnommen werden.
Bei beginnender Dämmerung abends verläuft der Steuerungsprozeß umgekehrt.
Die Prozessorsteuerung verhindert auch eine Überlast der Batterie durch Lastabwurf bzw. wählt auch die einzelnen Spannungsstufen an der Batterie, um so eine weitgehende Spannungskonstanz am Ausgang der gesamten Anlage zu erreichen.
Als Leistungsschaltelemente sollen den jeweiligen Schaltzustand speichernde Schaltelemente (Remanenzrelais oder Remanenzschütze) verwendet werden, um auch hier möglichst wenig Leistung zu verbrauchen.
Der Vorteil ist eine fast vollständige Ausnutzung der Spannung am Solar­ generator über den gesamten Tagesverlauf, welches den Wirkungsgrad der gesamten Anlage verbessert.

Claims (1)

  1. Der Patentanspruch soll sich
    • a) auf die gesamte Schaltung zur Ladung der Akkus erstrecken, sowie
    • b) auf die Anwendung von Bypassdioden an Akkus zum Ausgleich unterschiedlicher Ladungszustände einzelner Akkuzellen bei Stromentnahme.
