Enossales Implantat, insbesondere Dentalimplantat, mit einem im Knochengewebe implantierbaren, im wesentlichen zylindri­ schen Grundkörper, vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehend, mit einem inneren Hohlraum, in welchem ein Schwingkörper ange­ ordnet ist, dessen Außenabmessungen wesentlich geringer sind als die Innenabmessungen des Hohlraums, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, daß der Hohlraum (16) im Inneren einer Verschlußschrau­ be (14) vorgesehen ist, die in eine zur Aufnahme eines Im­ plantatpfostens ausgebildete Innenbohrung des Grundkörpers lösbar eingesetzt ist; und daß der Schwingkörper (20) in dem Hohlraum (16) zur mechanischen Stimulation des Knochen­ wachstums allseitig hin- und herbewegbar angeordnet ist. 1.
