Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for operating one of electric amplifier controlled solenoid control valve according to the preamble of claim 1.
Magnetic control valves are used with chopper amplifiers, with equal current amplifiers, with quasi-DC amplifiers and with Clock valve amplifiers operated.
In a known chopper amplifier, a voltage is applied to the solenoid control valve by a switching element (e.g. a field effect transistor) in a uniform cycle. Fig. 1 shows the control voltage of the switching element U PWM and cal matic the current through the magnet in such a known chopper amplifier. A desired average current is controlled or regulated by pulse width modulation (PWM). The frequency of the pulse width modulated voltage (chopper frequency) is chosen so that the armature of the magnet is excited to micro-movement (choppering). A high chop frequency results in low choppering due to the magnet armature inertia and thus high friction and poor valve hysteresis. A low chopper frequency is good for the valve hysteresis, but has an undesirable, uniform vibration on the variable to be controlled. Often there is a problem with conventional chopper amplifiers.
A DC amplifier is used to control or regulate the desired current is not a switching element, but an ana logic control element (e.g. a bipolar transistor). As a rule power is usually implemented. The stream signal, a humming current (dither) is superimposed, which is similar to a micro movement of the magnet armature on the chopper amplifier stimulates. For the frequency of the hum current, with constant hum plitude, there is the same tuning problem as with the chop amplifier.
A quasi-DC amplifier replaces the analog control element of the DC amplifier by a, based on the humming frequency quenz, higher-frequency switching element. Through the overlaid The clocking is reduced, the power loss is reduced.
The superimposed clocking can be done by a pulse width modulation Current regulation or by a free-floating current regulator, e.g. B. a 2-point controller can be generated. The free-swinging Current regulator is not coupled to a fixed frequency. At con constant current setpoint, there is a high free oscillation frequency a. If the current setpoint changes, the peri will be very long duration.
A clock valve amplifier switches the solenoid control valve with the Clock frequency on and off. The controlled variable is proportional to that Ratio of on time to off time. The period the clock frequency is large compared to the switching time of the Valve. Typical clock frequencies are lower than the chopper or hum frequencies of the aforementioned amplifiers.
The object of the invention is the noise behavior of the solenoid control valve and the connected hydraulic or pneumatic system to improve the tendency to equal to reduce shaped vibrations in the system and with chopper, DC and quasi-DC amplifiers the friction ver maintain (hysteresis) of the solenoid control valve to improve. This is with the features according to the characterizing part of claim 1 enough.
A chopper amplifier with an uneven chopper frequency accordingly controls or regulates the current by means of pulse width modulation accordingly the characterizing features of claim 1. Fig. 2 shows an example of the control voltage of the Schaltele element and the current through the magnet according to the invention. This amplifier behaves like an amplifier with a low chopper frequency with regard to the reduction of friction, with respect to the excitation of uniform vibrations like an amplifier with a high chopper frequency.
The subjective noise level of the solenoid control valve with the on control by means of an uneven chopper frequency is low lower than when controlled by a constant chopper frequency. This also applies to the other control amplifiers.
A method is known for the chopper amplifier which is not is coupled to a fixed frequency. It will be used for a certain current setpoint supply voltage pulses of constant length and the current controller regulates the necessary pulse pause length. Set at high supply voltages long pause in impulses. When the supply voltage is low short pulse pauses occur. The period is composed of a constant on-phase and a vari deflect off phase together. An inverse version with constant Off-phase and variable on-phase is also possible. The choppers frequency changes with the supply voltage.
A method is also known for the clock valve amplifier, which ches with a constant on phase and a variable out Phase or inverse works. If the variable phase is long, emerge hen low clock frequencies. If the variable phase is short, ent are high clock frequencies. The clock frequency changes with that Setpoint.
The mode of operation of the quasi-DC amplifier with free oscillating current regulator, the chopper amplifier with constant and variable phase and the clock valve amplifier with constant and variable phase must not with the inventive method be equated because the cantilever, chopper or Clock frequency is only changed by command and disturbance variables.
In contrast to the aforementioned methods, the invention method always defines a non-uniform frequency given the system z. B. by means of a generator Claim 3 is imposed. This way is the one you want Frequency change at any time, regardless of management or interference sizes such as B. current setpoint or supply voltage accomplishes.
The chopper, hum and clock frequency is in the known Re gel valve controls for constant command and disturbance variables constant. This constant frequency beats as even Vibration on the controlled variable z. B. pressure or flow through. Because of the uniformity of the excitation, high pressure or flow vibration amplitudes. The high amplitudes deteriorate the smooth running or the controllability of the Ge entire system. The ratio of interference signal to useful signal is bad. When driving with uneven frequency who the lower amplitudes of uniform vibrations is enough, which leads to a quieter run.
However, the main advantage of the invention is the improved noise behavior. At constant chopper, hum or clock frequency mechanical vibrations occur directly at the solenoid valve the lines or the connected consumers. This Vibrations are then of high intensity as a single tone annoying to hear. Especially in the field of vehicle hydraulics and pneumatics is the hum of clock valves and the buzzing of chopped or dithered proportional and servo venti len extremely annoying.
An effect of the invention is that vibrations Can not build frequency. The mix of vibrations multiple frequencies, each with a lower intensity, is less disruptive as a single tone of high intensity. It is coming at not on the sound pressure to be measured in dB (A), but on the subjective feeling of noise.
Random generators according to claim 3 can be used as a software algorithm men z. B. be implemented in a microcontroller. The well-known Random algorithms sometimes prefer certain Fre sequences or a certain frequency range. It has half proven, the random frequencies by hand as unequal as possible to choose moderately. In this way, a uniform Fre change of frequency without repetition or preference of a certain frequency reached.
If the list of random frequencies does not contain any markan for the ear ten points ("white noise"), it can be based on a the period of the lowest random frequency, very long Time to be repeated.
