Abstract

The edible coating for coating a baked mass, and make it impermeable to fluid, is composed of three components suitable for human consumption. Pref. the first component is a vegetable wax of carnauba or candellila, the second component is ethyl cellulose and the third is an edible oil as a softener using rhizine oil which loses its laxative properties when heated to 160 deg. Suitable aromatics can be mixed in with the three components. The ethyl cellulose is mixed while the components are at room temp., and the molten wax is stirred in. All three components are heated to 170 deg.C for the ethyl cellulose to dissolve completely. The temp. of 170 deg. may not be exceeded by more than 10 deg.C. to prevent oxidation and darkening the coating. The dissolving action is shrouded from the air by an inert atmosphere. The hardened mass, after cooling, is liquefied by local melting without darkening through oxidation. The coating is applied to the baked carrier mass while it is still warm, in an airless application immediately after it has been shaped, while the coating is at 170 deg.C for uneven flow of fine droplets to form an impermeable layer. USE/ADVANTAGE - For ice cream tubs as drinking cups, or for plates and dishes for hot sausages, etc. The coating prevents softening through liq. is suitable for human consumption, and any waste can be used for animal fodder.

Description

Over the past few years, sundaes have been tried to be used increasingly as a beverage cup. This failed because of the fact that such and similar vessels in follow softened moisture immediately, lose their shape loren, or let moisture through. Flat bowls and trays as they e.g. B. can be used to eat hot sausages are not dimensionally stable. These vessels and cups are meant to be examples be cited. The range of such commodities can be expanded as required.

Recently art has come for this purpose masses of fabric on the market that are easily rotten. they must be brought to a landfill after use and rot there.

In contrast to these vessels can by the patent mentioned items are consumed after use. The Components of this edible lacquer are pharmaceutically supplied to let. Possibly. Remaining remains can lead to animal nutrition be performed.

The product described is broken down into its components in the body reduced. Some of the components are used for nutrition, such as e.g. B. the proposed soybean oil, a vegetable oil. The remaining Fabrics such as B. Wax and ethyl cellulose leave the body unchanged, they act as pure fiber. We take too little fiber in our body every day.

All of these components, including ethyl cellulose, are pharmaceutically approved worldwide.

The vegetable waxes proved to be particularly suitable, such as B. Carnauba wax and candelilla wax. That special light carnauba wax is ideal for this. Beehive Wax has not proven itself here as it is a specific one "Stickiness" creates.

The ethyl cellulose is produced in a form which is suitable for is permitted for human enjoyment.

When making the mixture and dissolving the Ethylcellu loose is handled as follows.

The wax is e.g. B. he carefully about his melting point warms until it becomes thin at approx. 160 ° C.

The flour-fine cellulose is, for. B. stirred into the soybean oil until it is evenly distributed in the oil. None are allowed Lumps are present.

These two masses are now in the melted wax touched. The cellulose begins to dissolve at 160 ° C. The temperature can rise to 180 °. It will be so heated long until all three components have a clear mass the. The cellulose dissolves. When freezing the cellulose remains in solution.

The solution can be processed into pelleezs for transport. This is particularly interesting for smaller quantities.

Die Weiterverbeitung erfolgt vorwiegend nach zwei Verfahren:Further processing takes place primarily according to two processes:

1. Durch Lackieren nach dem airless-Lackierverfahren1. By painting using the airless painting process

Here the wax delivered in hobocks is after the Zone melting process melted again and then ß under a pressure of approx. 200 bar on the paint body applied airless. This procedure is particularly useful for flat bodies, such as trays and flat ones Plates, or plates.

It is advantageous to do the painting even from baking are hot here. As a result, the paint layer is distributed evenly moderate.

The excess amount of paint can and will be caught reused after passing through a fine filter.

2. Schleuderverfahren2. Spin process

The cup is immediately placed in a baking machine Recording added and held in place by vacuum. This is advantageous because the cup still has a baking temperature of approx. 160 °.

The shape is now pivoted through 180 ° so that the opening of the Bechers looks down. There is one under the cup Bowl with the edible lacquer. Protrudes in the middle of the cup Spray tube from the liquid paint. The cup is now over this pipe lowered. The liquid paint rises about 10 mm over the outer rim of the cup. At the same time, the Pipe of varnish pumped into the inside of the cup. The paint hits onto the cup bottom and at the same time wets the inner wall of the mug. The cup is raised and the paint pump off posed. Then the cup is rotated rapidly, whereby the excess paint is thrown off. The paint excess is caught by the heated vessel and can can be used again. The cup is swiveled through 180 ° and removed from the spinner.

It is advantageous in the production of the edible lacquer and use an inert atmosphere for further processing to avoid dark discoloration of the paint.

It is advantageous to add an aroma to the edible varnish. If such a mug is used as a drinking vessel for coffee, then so a mocha aroma can be added to the lacquer. For him soft drinks are mixed with the respective flavors, e.g. B. lemon u. Orange. These flavors have to be food safe be and refine the taste when consuming one Vessel.

Place parts covered with such an edible varnish they do not pose a threat to the environment, nor do they cause harm substances in the event of incineration or rotting in a landfill. They should be consumed if possible or fed to animal nutrition leads.

A procedure is shown here like parts which are used for are suitable for human consumption, with an edible Lacquer can be coated.
