Dieser bekannte Beschlag ist in der Herstellung ziemlich kostspielig, einerseits weil er aus zwei Metallteilen und einem diese umschließenden zweiteiligen Kunststoffgehäuse besteht, wobei alle diese Teile einzeln angefertigt werden müssen, und an dererseits, weil der Zusammenbau dieser drei Teile entweder in teurer Handarbeit oder mittels einer sehr komplizierten Maschine durchgeführt werden muß. Der in der Zeichnung dargestellte, als Ganzes scheiben förmige Beschlag besteht aus dem Kunststoffgehäuse 10 und dem in ihm drehbar gehaltenen, ebenfalls aus Kunststoff be stehenden Drehriegel 20. Das Kunststoffgehäuse hat im wesent lichen die Form einer Kreisscheibe. Seine zylindrische Außenwand ist, wie das bei Beschlägen, die dazu bestimmt sind, in zylindrische Vertiefungen einer Wand aus Holz und insbesondere einer Pressholz-Wand eingesetzt zu werden, üblich ist, mit sägezahnartigen Rippen 11 versehen. Des weitern hat das Gehäuse 10 eine Nut 12 und eine an diese angrenzende zylindrische Ausnehmung 13, deren Tiefe mit der Tiefe der Nut 2 übereinstimmt. Die Breite der Nut 12 ist etwas größer als die Dicke der üblichen Kastenrückwände, sie beträgt also etwas mehr als 3 mm, vorzugsweise knapp 3,5 mm. Wie man aus der Zeichnung ersehen kann, weist der Mittelteil einen ringsum laufenden Wulst 23 auf, dessen Abmessung in axialer Richtung mit der Dicke des Nockens 21 übereinstimmt. Die Höhe des Nockens 21, also seine maximale Ausdehnung in radialer Richtung, entspricht etwa einem Drittel der Breite der Nut 12; sie beträgt im gezeich neten Ausführungsbeispiel 1,15 mm bei einer Nutbreite von 3,4 mm. Der Mittelteil 22 ist mit einer zum Einsetzen eines Schraubenziehers dienenden Vertiefung 24 versehen. Die Form der Ausnehmung 13 im Gehäuse 10 entspricht der Form des Drehriegels 20, sie weist also an ihrem Rand einen zum Festhalten des in der Ausnehmung untergebrachten Drehriegels dienenden, radialen Vorsprung 15 auf und an ihrer Basis eine dazu symmetrische Verengung. Der Wulst 23 am Umfang des Drehriegels 20 bzw. die ihm entsprechende Verengung an der zylindrischen Wand der Ausnehmung 13 ist ihrerseits so groß, daß der Drehriegel 20 nicht aus dem Gehäuse herausfallen kann, und andererseits so klein, daß die Elastizität der Gehäusewand es zuläßt, daß der Drehriegel 20 mit einem angemessenen Kraftaufwand in das Gehäuse hinein gedrückt werden kann, ohne letzteres zu beschädigen. Beim Eindrücken befindet sich der Drehriegel 20 natürlich in der Lage, in welcher der ganze Nocken 21 in die Nut 12 hineinragt. Nachher wird der Drehriegel im Gegenuhrzeigersinn gedreht, bis der Nocken 21 am Anschlag 15 des Gehäuses ansteht. In dieser Stellung wird er durch die Rastspitze 16 elastisch fest gehalten, d. h. er wird so festgehalten, daß einerseits Erschütterungen und andere auf den Beschlag als Ganzes einwirkende Bewegungen oder Schläge keine Verdrehung des Drehriegels bewirken, daß es aber andererseits ohne weiteres möglich ist, ihn mit einem in die Vertiefung 24 eingesteckten Werkzeug aus dieser Endlage in die zweite Endlage zu drehen, in welcher der Nocken 21 am Rand der Ausnehmung 13 ansteht.The rotary latch 20 in FIGS. 3 and 4, illustrated is a flat, cylindrical middle portion 22 which is provided with an extending over a quarter of the circumference cam 21 with a continuously increasing height, wherein the width or thickness of this cam 21 only about one Third corresponds to the thickness of the middle part. Nach dem Einsetzen der Rückwand in die Nut wird der Drehriegel 20 gedreht, wodurch die Rückwand an die mit den Rippen 14 versehene Seitenwand gepreßt wird.
