Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a detonator system for high shock and general Application according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
In penetrator systems, the penetration process occurs in Schelter or in the inside of ships very high and long shock loads in the Zündsy stem on.
This shows up mainly due to the long shock loads Schä that in the electrical detonators with the following damage pattern.
The relatively large explosive charge (<60 mg) settled down compression, causing thermal contact problems between the Ignition bridge and the subsequent charge of primer comes. The result is that only the bridge system burns when ignited, but it closes no ignition of the input charge and thus the detonator comes.
A similar effect can also be seen with thin film primers bridge systems with a charge of <80 mg after temperature change burden. This occurs due to thermal expansion of the detonator and detonator fabric column to micro gaps between the bridge system and the entrance ignition charge. With subsequent ignition, only the thin burns layer bridge system through without causing the primer to react.
From DE 31 43 899 A1 is a booster charge made of pressed seconds Där explosives known, which are characterized by a special geometry is not.
Die DE 30 19 975 A1 beschreibt einen Detonator zur Verwendung von kunst stoffgebundenem Sprengstoff in einen Formkörper gepreßt.DE 30 19 975 A1 describes a detonator for using art substance-bound explosives pressed into a molded body.
DE 17 96 003 A1 has a detonator with a spacing above bridging ignition effect described, for example for shaped charge ignition chains.
No detonator can be found in any of these documents contains charge charging layer and allows variable initiation services.
The object of the invention is with existing and introduced Zünd by means of a high-shockproof ignition chain or detonators. The solution of the invention is contained in claim 1. The advantage is that to initiate a detonator with thinner pressed charge layer (<40 mg) is used. Because here the explosives and explosives column is very short (similar to a tablet form), it comes to extreme small deformations between charging and bridge system under Um world pressures that do not affect the ability to initiate. With such a weak detonator, however, is again not possible explosives that are insensitive to fire and shock in the following detonators to initiate transmitters or ignition amplifiers. For this reason Detonator according to the invention an additional charge beige on the output side packs, which brings the actual initiation performance. From this one can for all applications as a kit with one or because of different ignition conditions with two high-shock-proof mini-tonators by Zu pack of z. B. 10 mg to 200 mg graduated additional amounts of charge each de Initiation service to be put together by the user (as standard modules on stock).
Es zeigtIn the following the invention based on some embodiments described here. It shows

Ferner erfolgt hierdurch eine starke radiale Ver dämmung, welche die axiale Wirkung der Zusatzaufladung 3 ver stärkt, Fig. 1 shows an embodiment consisting of a single-pole Detona tor 1 having a very small output charge. 2 The pressed additional charge 3 is glued into a sleeve 4 and encapsulated in a tall or plastic cup 5 . The sleeve 4 contains a support stage 6 , over which the mass and fastening forces run. This also results in a strong radial insulation, which reinforces the axial effect of the additional charge 3 ,

Fig. 3 shows an embodiment which has the shape of a hollow charge 11 . This makes it possible to penetrate the solid metal cover with a small explosive effect using the shaped charge spike and to initiate explosives behind it.
