Die Elastizität der Metallstege 7 bis 11 dient gleichzeitig dazu, den Zapfen 12 so festzuklemmen, daß er nur mit einigem Kraftaufwand verschoben werden kann und in der einmal eingestellten Stellung stehen bleibt.
