Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a Items during transportation and storage in your Verpac Protection against impact, pressure or slipping to protect the Verpac kungspolster, consisting of a fibrous and / or small partial filler and one surrounding the filler and wrapping closed on all sides.
A method of the type specified is from DE-OS 38 39 225 known. With the known method, a hose shaped packaging pad made by natural Filling material such as straw is shortened by grinding or chopping or crushed and made from a tear-resistant paper strip wrapped envelope is surrounded, the Strips of paper around lines parallel to each other a hose is bent and the free, protruding Edge areas are connected to each other over a large area. Additional The hose can be quilted at intervals. At Another embodiment is the packaging pole from several mat-like cushions, their wrapping from two superimposed sheets of paper is formed, which are quilted like a checkerboard. Before the Joining the two sheets of paper will be on the lower sheet individual bales of straw placed on top of this and the Oberbo gene. Joining the free ends of the sheets of paper can e.g. B. done by gluing, sewing or knurling. The known packaging pads are ge on all sides closed so that the loose filling material does not clog with the protective object comes into contact. Will the envelope If the lung is damaged, the loose filling material will fall out len and dirty the objects. In the not abge quilted, tubular design of the packaging pole sters it is disadvantageous that the loose filling material in its coating can slip so that an even Padding of the object to be protected is no longer possible is. Especially if you have a right-angled counter want to protect stands, it can happen that the fill level material essentially or completely on one End of the hose collects so that the sides of the counter stands are padded to different degrees. At a usually optimally dimensioned gap width between the Item and its packaging perform differently strong upholstery to undesirable deformation of the ver pack or damage to the envelope of the Packaging pads. In the latter case, the filling material rial trickle out of the envelope and dirty the goods. The mat-like cushions are difficult to find make and are less suitable for mass production. There is no way to prevent straw from settling on the lower arch in the connecting seams to be created arrives, so that a seamless bond is hardly possible.
DE-GM 16 84 405 is a mat for packaging known purposes, which by fastening, for. B. glue or Steppes, from organic material such as straw or wood wool is formed on corrugated cardboard. The mat has no wrapping and is therefore not for many items to be packed clean enough.
The object of the invention is a method of the beginning to create the type mentioned, with the packaging pad un different sizes can be easily produced can, the even padding of the protected Secure the item in its packaging and which are contaminated even if the cover is damaged is avoided by leaking filler material.
To achieve this object, the invention provides that the filling material is in a confused position first by step pen, Ketteln, needling or gluing or a combination of these methods is combined into a mat, the upper and under surface by paper, glue, tissue or one Combination of these materials is solidified that the Mat with a cover on the top and bottom material is documented and that subsequently the Mat protruding wrapping material on the edges of the mat along in the transverse and longitudinal directions with such an Ab stood flat to the mat that the Verpac at least simply without damaging the Wrapping can be folded up.
With the method according to the invention, packaging pol ster are made that have a mat inside included and therefore the same over the entire area have moderate thickness. It is also advantageous that the padding filling material through its binding in the Mat is fixed in position and therefore cannot slip, so that an even cushion protection over the entire surface is guaranteed. This is of particular advantage with the Packaging of round or rectangular objects. It there is so much freedom of movement between the mat and the wrapping available that the packaging cushion without Damage to the wrapping, at least simple can be folded or rolled up. The size of the Freedom of movement can vary depending on the application and according to the thickness and consistency of the filling material used can be varied. The relationship between size and Thickness of the packaging cushion can be chosen freely because that Filling material is fixed in place in the mat and not through the wrapping as with loose filling material must be. Due to the design of the mat, esp in particular the solidification of their surface, the fill level material held together in such a way that wrapping is simple and that if the casing is damaged, no filling material can fall out. Through the solidified mats surface and the overlying sheathing is the ver Packing cushion double to prevent filling material from escaping secured. To protect the risk of pollution the objects are therefore extremely small. The after Packaging pole produced according to the method of the invention Accordingly, ster are very durable. A multiple ver It is therefore easy to turn the packaging pad Lich. The filler material can also have a low density have, as it is not just by bonding with each other, but mainly by solidifying the mat surface is held together. This can result in material costs can be reduced and the packaging weight can be low being held.
In a further development of the method according to the invention provided that the mat in a longitudinal and transverse cutting edge plant is divided into several smaller sections be separated in the longitudinal and transverse directions so that There is space between the individual sections and that the filler material over several sections placed and between the sections in the defined Distance from the edges of the sections in longitudinal and transverse direction is flatly connected. This creates a conti Nuclear production of packaging pads in various types ren dimensions, especially of small areas, interrelated pieces, enables for feeding and wrapping the mat sections Packaging machine can be used. Especially before it is particularly advantageous if the filling material is placed around everyone Mat section around with a separate flat connection is provided. The separate border of each mat cut enables the user to choose one as needed any number of sections in longitudinal and / or transverse separate direction. When using paper or Film can also have a central one for easier removal Perforation punched between the flat connections will.
According to the invention, tear-resistant paper is used as the wrapping material, textile fabric or film, in particular degradable film, used, the flat connection of the wrapping material depending on the material by knurling, gluing, sewing, welding, Heat sealing or the like takes place. It is also featured see that when using airtight paper or of foil the wrapping at least on one side is perforated so that it does not interfere with use the air cushion can arise.
According to the invention, natural fibers are used as filling material or use a mixture of different natural fibers det. The use of natural substances, for example from Excess production such as cereal or flax straw, reeds, Hay or recycled jute or sisal fibers, tree wool waste and the like, coconut fibers, wood wool, or also has fibrous and striped waste paper the advantage that these substances are biodegradable and therefore are compostable. The dry and because of their wide C / N ratio slowly degrading substances are in the com post welcome, as they are usually very damp Compost masses have an air and moisture regulating effect. It it is also provided that strip or as filler snippet-shaped industrial wastes are used that thus can be recycled. Are suitable for at for example waste from the textile industry, in particular of synthetic or blended fabrics. Furthermore, the use waste from plastic, wood or paper working industry conceivable. It is also provided that to solidify the surface, the top and bottom side of the filling material connected to a mat in each case is provided with organic or mineral adhesive and then with paper and / or tissue made from natural materials is occupied. In an alternative embodiment of the invent The method according to the invention provides that the paper or verse the fabric with organic or mineral glue hen before it goes to the top and bottom of the a mat connected filler is applied. The Use of organic glue, e.g. B. starch glue or mineral glue, e.g. B. water glass in connection with Paper or a fabric, such as jute fabric, enables the filling material to remain in place even after the solidification its surface is still biodegradable remains.
In order to adapt the packaging cushion to different requirements To be able to adapt to its desired properties NEN, it is intended that the thickness and composition the mat by connecting by type and quantity such filling material or by superimposing and Connecting multiple mats is variable. filling material The smallest possible volume for packaging upholstery weight, but at the same time safe from pressure and Protect shock. This essentially depends on properties such as roughness, tensile strength, elongation at break and recovery very strong with different natural fibers are different. This leads to the fact that one of the appropriate task must be made. So z. B. Wheat straw has a low elongation at break, however good tensile strength, a smooth surface and almost no restoring force. In contrast, coconut fibers have a rough texture Surface, a good restoring force combined with good Elongation at break and tensile strength, so that they are too thin NEN mats can be processed, while straw for Achieving the same damping properties considerably thicker Mats need to be made. Because there are thin mats because of lower mass but not suitable for whipped beans to keep stress away from the object to be protected, is it z. B. expedient straw and coconut fibers in a mixture to process. When processing wood wool, the a very good restoring force, but a high spec weight, there is an advantageous combination tion by adding substances with very low weight such as B. cotton or jute waste. An even more advantageous This combination results in a layer-wise opening construction by z. B. a layer of wood wool between an upper and a lower dense layer of z. B. jute embedded becomes.
Der Außendurchmesser an der Faltung entspricht hierbei der dop pelten Dicke eines Polsterteils 5.The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment which is shown in the drawing. The drawing shows a top view of a section of a partially cut and manufactured according to the described method packaging cushion 1 of rectangular shape, the outer shell 2 of which consists of two layers of tear-resistant paper and an embossing strip on the outer longitudinal sides 3 and on the outer transverse sides, not shown 4 has. The packaging cushion 1 is divided into several, contiguous and rectangular cushion parts 5 . In the transverse and longitudinal directions there is an intermediate space 6 between the cushion parts 5 , which is provided with two parallel embossing strips 7 , 8 , which connect the two layers of paper of the casing 2 to one another, and a central perforation 9 . Inside the upholstery parts 5 there is a mat section 10 , the edges 11 of which are at a distance from the embossing strips 4 , 7 , 8 . The distance between the edges 11 and the embossing strips 4, 7, 8 is dimensioned in its sum in longitudinal and transverse directions so that the pad portions 5 may be at least singly folded upon each other, without causing the shell 2 from being damaged by excessive voltage and without that the embossing strips 4 , 7 , 8 tear. The outer diameter at the fold corresponds to the double thickness of a cushion part 5 .
The mat section 10 consists of natural fibers 12 , for example a mixture of wheat straw and coconut fiber. On its top, as well as on the non-visible bottom, the mat section 10 is covered with paper layers 13 for solidification, which are firmly connected to the fibers 12 by stitching 14 .
To produce the mat sections 10 , a mat web is first made by the fibers 12 in a tangled position by a known method, e.g. B. be connected by quilting, chaining, needling or gluing. The loose in this way together to a depending on the type, composition and amount of fibers used in their thickness and elastic deformability rule changeable mat verbun those fibers 12 are then covered on both sides with the size of the mat corresponding paper layers 13 , which by stitching 14 on attached to the mat. This produces a solidified, uniformly thick mat on its surface, which is then cut in a longitudinal and cross-cutting system into the individual Mattenab sections 10 , the size of the Mattenab sections 10 being freely selectable and the respective application can be adapted accordingly . The mat sections 10 are then fed to a packaging machine in which they are wrapped with paper in the manner shown.
The surface of the mat can not only be solidified by stitching paper. Another possibility speed is that the mat on both sides with a organic or mineral glue on the surface is sprayed and with a light, wide-mesh fabric, e.g. B. jute fabric, alternatively with paper and one over it lying tissue is occupied. It is also possible that Surface only by spraying with an adhesive or by covering and stitching paper and a solidify fluffy tissue.
