Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Deckbandförderer mit zwei einander in einem Teil ihres Förderweges berührenden und dort gleich sinnig laufenden Förderbändern, von denen wenigstens eines auf seiner dem anderen Förderband zugekehrten Seite mit einem stark elastisch verformbaren Band 1 aus Schaumstoff oder dergl. ver sehen ist. Dieses umhüllt das Fördergut und drückt es auf das an dere Förderband 2 normaler Bauart. Das Schaumband selbst ist "frei schwimmend", d. h. es durchläuft alle Stationen in sich ge führt (Fig. 1). Dieses Schaumband weist Profilierungen auf, die den Zweck haben, das Fördergut so zu umhüllen, daß auch staub förmige Güter ohne Verrieselung gefördert werden können. Daneben können auch einzelne Gesteinsbrocken oder Säcke mitgenommen wer den. Gegen das Herausrieseln ist ein Zickzack-Dichtrand 3 (Fig. 3) mitgeführt. Es ist bekannt, daß das Schaumband Einzel füße auf der Rückseite aufweist, die jedoch den Nachteil haben, daß, wenn sie über Laufrollen laufen, sie zum Eintauchen in die Zwischenräume neigen und Dauerbrüche an der Einspannstelle im Schaumband hervorrufen (Fig. 2). Dieses wird erfindungsgemäß durch das durchgehende Zickzack-Dichtband 3 verhindert. Gleich zeitig wird damit erreicht, daß beim Durchlauf von konkaven oder konvexen Krümmungsradien die neutrale Faser weitestgehend auf der Gut-zugewandten Seite liegenbleibt, da dort das "normale" Förderband 2 mit durch die Radien läuft (siehe hierzu P 2236 102; P 2261 115 und P 2333 100). Beim Lauf in gemuldeten Band förderstrecken, die auf der Rückseite des Schaumbandes als Zusatzstützband 4 (Fig. 1) angeordnet sein können, erweist sich eine Schrägstellung auch zur Kräfteminimierung als vor teilhaft aus.The invention relates to a shroud conveyor with two in a part of their conveying path touching and there running equally sensible conveyor belts, of which at least one on its side facing the other conveyor belt with a highly elastically deformable belt 1 made of foam or the like is seen ver. According to the invention, this is prevented by the continuous zigzag sealing tape 3 . At the same time it is achieved that when passing through concave or convex radii of curvature, the neutral fiber remains largely on the side facing the good, since there the "normal" conveyor belt 2 also runs through the radii (see P 2236 102; P 2261 115 and P 2333 100). When running in troughed conveyor belt sections, which can be arranged on the back of the foam belt as an additional support belt 4 ( Fig. 1), an inclined position to minimize forces also proves to be advantageous.
