Dieses Erglühen genügt, um den zu entzündenden Stoff, wenn er dann auf den Rost des Ofens oder Herdes gelegt wird, zum Fortbrennen zu bringen. Der Heizkörper ist einseitig in einen feuerfesten Stoff, z. B. Keramonit o. dgl., eingebettet, welcher den Eigenschaften des zur Entzündung zu bringenden Stoffes voll entspricht und widersteht, z.
