Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kopfbügel für Telephone. Es sind Anordnungen bekannt, bei denen die Kopfbügel mit einer verstellbaren Haltegabel vereinigt sind. Hierbei ist jedoch eine unbeabsichtigte Verstellung möglich, welchem Mißstand man durch Schrauben u. dgl. zu begegnen suchte.The invention relates to a headband for telephones. Die aus Stahldraht hergestellten Kopfbügel f werden, nachdem sie mit dem Lederpolster g bezogen worden sind, an ihren breitgedrückten Enden mit einem schieberartigen Teil e versehen. Die Verbindung der Drahtbügel f mit den Schiebern e kann vorzugsweise im Spritzgußverfahren geschehen. Der Schieber e wird derartig angeformt, daß er sich in der Hülse α hin und her bewegen läßt. Durch das Breitdrücken der Kopfbügelenden vor dem Einspritzen wird erreicht, daß die Verbindung zwischen den Kopfbügeln f und dem Schieber e so fest ist, daß ein Drehen oder Herausziehen der Bügel aus dem Schie-φο her unmöglich ist. Die Hülse α ist mit einer Verstärkungshohlrippe versehen, die gleichzeitig als Führung für den Schieber e dient. Die Hülsen selbst bestehen aus je zwei gleichen Hälften, welche beispielsweise durch Stanzen oder Pressen aus Blech hergestellt und an ihren oberen Enden umgebogen werden, so daß beide Seiten parallel laufen. Die Kanten der so entstehenden Hülse α sind nach innen gebogen, so daß ein Herausspringen des Schiebers e verhindert wird. Der Haltebügel, in dessen* Enden c das Dosentelephon eingeklemmt wird (,zeichnerisch nicht dargestellt), ist drehbar mit dem Hülsenende verbunden. Die drehbare Lagerung der Hülse α in dem Bügel b ist durch die Unterlegscheibe d unterstützt. Der Haltebügel b ist aus Blech hergestellt, welches durch eingepreßte Rippen versteift wird, so daß einerseits gegen Verbiegen Gewähr gegeben ist und andererseits genügend Federspannung geschaffen wird, um die Dosentelephone in der Lagerung festzuhalten. Die für die Aufhängung der Telephondosen erforderlichen Zapfen c sind nicht, wie bisher üblich, eingenietet, also besonders angesetzt, sondern werden durch Pressung aus dem Bügelbaustoff so' weit herausgedrückt, daß dieselben genügend tief in die sich gegenüberstehenden Löcher oder Pfannen der Telephondosen einspringen können, um ausreichende Sicherheit für die Aufhängung zu bieten und die für den bequemen Sitz des Telephons am Ohr notwendigeleichte Drehbarkeit der Telephondosen zu gewährleisten.
