Manufacture of hollow bodies made of rubber or other that are closed on all sides

The purpose of the process is to produce hollow vessels that are closed on all sides
large content from the materials mentioned, which with an expedient by a
Screw plugs to be closed filler opening are provided, and in all
their parts are resistant to both considerable internal and external pressures
and also withstand external mechanical loads. Such
Hollow vessels are particularly advantageous to use as acid transport vessels because
they can be made completely acid-resistant on the inside and are much more resistant
against both internal and external stresses than those previously used for acid transport
commonly used large glass vessels.

that the actual material of the vessel completely tightly encloses the metal frame
and all cavities of the same fills, as well as the production and hardening of the vessel walls
is carried out in such a way that a perfectly flawless vulcanization or hardening

Around a hollow vessel made of rubber that is closed on all sides or the other
to receive the mentioned materials that meet all the requirements,
it is necessary that the various working operations for production in one
in a very specific order.
In the manufacture of a hollow vessel that is closed on all sides

A thin, hollow body made of plastic material is then surrounded by a metal reinforcement frame

that bulges form on the two bottom edges of the vessel. After the mold closed
a pipe is passed through a bore provided for this purpose in the mold
through the vessel wall and drives this tube into the core i, whereupon steam is produced

surrounding second tube out of the inside of the mold when the supply of the flux
takes place in the form from below. The flux has a temperature that is lower

so that the melting and removal of the molten wax occurs without this

which has the consequence that the material of the vessel tightly fits into all cavities of the iron mold

and one then obtains a cy-: Indian vessel with an opening on one of the bottom surfaces,
through which the heating, pressure or vulcanization means into the interior of the vessel
has been initiated, which opening as a filler opening for the otherwise on all sides
