Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a conveyor belt supported on idlers low resistance to movement, preferably for long belt conveyors, e.g. B. for conveyor systems in opencast mines.
Mit quer oder schräg zur Laufrichtung angeordneten Steifcorden oder anderen Einlagen werden quersteife Fördergurte hoher Trag fähigkeit ausgebildet (EP 01 85 005).Conveyor belts for large belt systems in opencast mines have been around for a long time Time made. Conveyor belts with tension members have prevailed Steel cables or polymers that absorb the great tensile forces. The funding Belts are provided with various flat inserts in the cover plates protected against impact stress (e.g. DE-PS 10 19 957, 24 25 465, 28 53 691, DD-PS 2 36 903). The deposits have particular lateral forces record to slit the conveyor belt parallel to the Zugträ like to prevent. With arranged transversely or obliquely to the running direction Rigid cords or other inserts become cross-rigid conveyor belts with a high load-bearing capacity ability trained (EP 01 85 005).
On the running side is a layer of permissible wear, the wear layer, provided. In the transition from the wear layer to the inner one Layers are occasionally thin, differently colored layers for displaying the Wear condition stored.
VEB Verlag Technik, 5. Auflage, Bln. 1988, S. 102) Diese Auffassung stützt sich auf Messungen von Lachmann, H. P. (Der Walkwiderstand von Gummigurtförderern. Forschung auf dem Gebiet des Ingenieurwesens, Bd. 20 /1954/).Best layer-side measures to reduce the resistance to movement currently mainly choose the greatest possible Shore hardness Wear or running layer (over 60 shore). According to textbook opinion, there will be assumed: The harder the running layer, the less movement wi the state. In the university textbook continuous funding it says: The. . . "enlarge The Shore A hardness of rubber from 66 to 78 has a reduction in the weight tes f to 86%. "(Pajer, G .: Stetigförderer. VEB Verlag Technik, 5th edition, bln. 1988, p. 102) This view is based on measurements von Lachmann, H. P. (The flex resistance of rubber belt conveyors. Research in the field of engineering, vol. 20/1954 /).
The object of the invention is to increase the resistance to movement of conveyor belts reduce.
According to the invention this object is achieved in that the running side of the Conveyor belt in a running layer and an intermediate layer (rest of the barrel side to the tension member) and the intermediate layer by means of Inclusion of longitudinal forces, which are mentioned in the claims and in the execution tion examples are explained in more detail, at least in terms of strength Support area of the conveyor belt on a support roller in relation to the barrel layer is made as stiff as possible in the belt direction. This will make the longitudinal stretch generated by the contact pressure between conveyor belt and idler only a small amount of the running layer to the intermediate layer give and the flexing work concentrated essentially on the thin running layer. Measurements have shown that the movement resistance with a decrease the layer thickness decreases from 8 to 4 mm by 1.8 times.
In a preferred embodiment, the Shore A hardness of the running layer is 45 to 57. Contrary to the doctrine, it was found that the Bewe resistance with a lower Shore hardness than previously required or sought, further reduced.
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments posed. In the drawing is a steel cable designed according to the invention conveyor belt shown in cross section.
A tension member 4 made of steel cables is embedded between the supporting side 8 and the running side 2 of the conveyor belt 1 . The running side 2 consists of a running layer 5 and an intermediate layer 3 . The running layer 5 has a hardness of approximately 52 Shore-A. Their thickness is greater than that of the permissible wear layer.
In the intermediate layer 3 in the direct transition to the running layer 5, three bands 6 , particularly absorbing longitudinal forces, are inserted. They were prestressed in the running direction during vulcanization. The belts absorb tensile forces and thereby significantly prevent the deformation of the intermediate layer in the direction of travel. The intermediate layer is stiff in the longitudinal direction from the point of view of the running layer and is therefore only little involved in the deformation process when the conveyor belt runs over the idlers. (In the transverse direction it is from the start except for the edge strips) The widths of the belts correspond to the respective force-related support areas of the conveyor belt 1 on the support rollers 7 . At the transitions from egg ner idler 7 to the adjacent in cross section, the high flexibility to trough the conveyor belt is maintained.
The band 6 can consist of one or more superimposed fabric inserts with low-stretch warp threads in the running direction and / or parallel wires or threads lying next to each other in parallel. It can be combined with an insert that is necessary against impact stress by reinforcing the warp threads of a fabric in the support areas.
The same or an additional reinforcing effect is achieved if the intermediate layer 3 has a Shore A hardness that is high compared to the running layer.
