Stolte: Belastbarkeit von Netzstationstransformatoren im öffentlichen Netz; Energie 25, H.1, Januar 1973). Angaben über die zahlenmäßigen Zusammenhänge enthält DIN VDE 0536. Diese Zusammenhänge sind sehr kompliziert und führen zu einer Exponentialgleichung, die die Abhängigkeit des relativen Lebensdauerverbrauchs von der Öltemperatur an der heißesten Stelle des Transformators und der Kühllufttemperatur angibt.
