Description

Drehkondensator mit Platten aus Spritzguß.-Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Drehkondensator mit Platten aus Spritzguß. Alle bisher bekannten Ausführungsformen weisen den Nachteil auf, daß heini Zusammenfügen der einzelnen Platten zu einem starr-en Ganzen infolge des Metallspritzgußverfahrens starke Erwärmungen der Platten auftreten. Diese begünstigen ein Werfen der Platten und führen zu ungleichmäßigen Abständen oder sogar Kurzschlüssen. Dieser übelstand wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch beseitigt, daß die Platten an Stelle der Verbindung durch #pritzgußmetall mit Hilfe eines Isoliermaterials zu einem starren Gebilde verbunden werden. Dieses Herstellungsverfahren ist wirtschaftlicher als die bisher bekannten und vermeidet vor allem die obenerwähnten Nachteile des Metallspritzgußverfahrens, da es infolge Verwendung von Isoliermaterial bei wesentlich niedrigerer Temperatur erfolgt. Die leitende Verbindung unter den einzelnen Platten des beweglichen und unbeweglichen Sy- stems wird durch Stangen, Drahtverbindungen o. dgl. hergestellt.Rotary capacitor with injection-molded plates.
