Einrichtung an gasbeheizten Backöfen zum Backen von Lebensmitteln in siedendem Öl. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Einrichtung, welche ein leichtes Reinigen der Gasbrenner, insbesondere zum Beheizen von Backöfen bezweckt, und zwar von solchen Backöfen, bei denen Lebensmittel in siedendem Öl gebacken werden. Bei solchen Öfen sind die Brenner ganz besonders der Verschmutzung ausgesetzt, und die Reinigung war bei den Ausführungsformen derartiger Öfen deswegen schwierig, weil man zu diesem Zweck erst die das siedende 01 enthaltenden Kessel und Behälter, unter denen die Brenner angebracht sind, aus dem Ofen herausnehmen mußte.
