Method and device around a cam by means of a gear drive
can also be set during operation. There are facilities known
around machines and devices in which a reciprocating motion is generated
is to be able to give the hub a certain size at any time.
According to the invention, the following method is used for this purpose.
dies vorher in Ruhe befindlichen Rades.
geben.Another one rolls on and off on a fixed gear
This is another one whose fulcrum is with the center of the stationary gear
coincides. As a result, the diameter of the two rolling wheels
are not of the same size, they revolve the 'fixed gear with different
Angular velocity. These two rotational speeds become through translation
two rotational movements generated by the same number of revolutions and the same direction of rotation "
which remain the same as long as the first gear is at rest. If this is rotated,
so, because of the different diameters, the rotational speeds .der
rolling wheels differ differently, and with that one of the still becomes
same rotational movements against the other remain behind, depending on the direction of rotation
this previously at rest wheel. So it can be adjusted arbitrarily
of the fixed wheel one of the two rotational movements has a certain projection
give.
This process can be used in practice by the following device,
of which two examples are shown in Fig. r cs-c and 2 a-c @.
In beide (Zahnrad i
vermitteln.A circular disk c with an eccentric pin d is rotatably embedded in a disk b fastened on a hollow shaft a so that when the disk c rotates, the pin axis passes through the axis of rotation of the shaft. The shaft is set in rotation by a drive A, and depending on the position of the disks b and c relative to one another, a push rod e engaging the pin d performs a corresponding lifting movement. The stroke is zero when the pin axis and the axis of rotation coincide (Fig. I); the stroke is a maximum when the discs are rotated from this position by 180 ° against each other (Fig.2). The rotation takes place .by a gear drive according to the principle of the above procedure, the wheels of which are arranged as follows: A gear with internal gear rim 2, which is also locked by the lever f and the shaft g, rotates with any number of revolutions the disk b is firmly coupled. In both (gear i and 2) another gear 3 engages, which is guided by an idling disc li, and rolls on this. Gear 3 here has a lower angular speed around gear i than gear 2. This lower speed is achieved by translating your gear d. from which is rigidly connected to the disk h, communicated to the wheel 5 via wheel 6 to the wheel 7 increased to the number of drive speeds. The wheels 5 and 6 rotate on a common ZVelle in a bearing that is fixed with respect to the tipparat or in a disk i attached to the shaft g. The direction of rotation and speed of the disk b and the gear 7 are consequently in the same direction and the same, ie the disk c and the gear B. firmly connected to it, which engages in wheel 7, is at rest with respect to disk b caused by any rotation is not disturbed by disk b. If, however, the gear wheel i is adjusted by means of the lever f, a change in speed of the wheel 3, thus also of the wheel q. and 5, that is to say also of disk c with respect to disk b. This means: The disc c rotates in the disc b, and the journal is given a new position, which changes the crank radius, and therefore also the stroke. So it is up to you to adjust each stroke with the lever f. Fig. 2 shows an arrangement with a separate gear, with shaft k and wheel 9 mediate the adjustment.
