Bergeversatzmaschine.
Abb. i zeigt im Querschnitt, Abb. 2
Klinken i; hinter den Klappen 16 festhalten.
Recovery machine. The subject matter of the invention is an improvement
those recovery machines that use a horizontally rotating drum
the backfill is thrown. The invention builds on those by means of special
Drive machine-operated centrifugal drums on; it consists in that
the backfill can collect on the edge of the drum by closing the edge of the drum.
The edge is then opened at any point so that what is deposited on the edge
Is brought to the ejection at the speed of the edge circumference. One
Such a device is expediently formed so that a lockable one at the edge of the drum
Opening is provided. The purpose is achieved even better if the whole
The edge of the drum is formed from flaps which are held in place by latches that are held by
externally acting, arbitrarily adjustable release levers or the like -be withdrawn,
so that the flaps fall to the outside and let the material be thrown out. Simultaneously
can then be ensured again by means of a suitable guide device that the
Flaps are brought up again and snap into place behind the latches. Based on
Drawing, such a device is explained in more detail in an exemplary embodiment.
Fig. I shows in cross section, Fig. 2
in front view and Fig. 3 in
Plan view of a centrifugal drum formed according to the invention, wherein in Fig. I the
Task of the centrifugal material is indicated by means of a chute. The preparation
the drum is done in the usual way, e.g. B. at the end of a vibrating chute io,
which pours the backfill into the centrifugal drum. This is in the usual way
Built over a base plate i i o. The like. And is driven by a
special motor that works on the transmission disk 12 on the foot forming the
acts on the vertical axis 13 and rotates the drum. This exists
according to the invention from the bottom 1 4th with the raised, formed from flaps 15
Edge that are held on a ring 16 by the pawls 17 and the drum
to lock. Appropriately, the pawls are under the action of springs 18 that the
Pawls i; Hold behind the flaps 16. Is adjustable on the circumference of the drum
the guardrail ig provided which the released flaps snap back into place
behind the handles. The guardrail i9 is attached to a column 2c or the like,
which can also be the carrier of a release lever 21 for the pawls 16. The release lever
21 can be adjusted by means of a handle 22 so that he can with his nose,
which is either a wedge itself or rises in a wedge shape, under appropriate arms
the latch grips and pulls it up against the springs i8, so that the flaps
fall outwards when turned around. The top of the drum is conveniently secured by a ring cover
23 covered, which leaves an opening 24 free for the task of the good. The bottom 1: 1
and the edge of the drum between the flaps is expediently stiffened by braces a5,
which also serve to attach partial walls 26, so that regular cells
are formed, which release their contents when the flaps are opened.
With such a facility, the operation is as follows:
The goods put into the centrifugal drum by means of the vibrating chute do not come
immediately with the task of ejecting. Rather, it becomes the edge through that
The flaps are kept closed until the centrifugal force causes the
Accumulates well on the edge of the drum. Then the lever 21 is in the path of with
the drum brought rotating pawls, which are thereby raised and the flaps
release so that they fly outwards and let the good flung out. the
Released flaps fall onto the guardrail i g and are turned on further
by sliding along this again indented, so that the pawls the flaps
hold tight again. Are the cells emptied in this way, or is the abandonment happening?
the offset material is not fast enough, the lever 21 is disengaged again until
Again enough material has accumulated on the drum rim. By adjusting the
Guardrail i g with the column 2o the direction of the ejection can be steered,
so that a larger field can be moved without major construction work.
