Abstract

Das Schwalbenschwanzgeschiebe für Zahnprothesen besteht aus einer an der nicht dargestellten Prothese ge halterten spreizbaren Patrize 1 und einer dieser angepaßten, an einer Zahnkrone 2 befestigbaren Matrize 3. Beide Teile sind mittels einer durch Haftreibung gesicherten Steckverbindung lösbar verbindbar, wie das schematisch in Fig. 5 gezeigt ist. Die Matrize 3 weist einen seitlich offenen und von deren Stirn fläche her zugänglichen schwalbenschwanzförmigen Ein schubschlitz 4 und die Patrize 1 einen in diesen einschiebbaren schwalbenschwanzförmigen Einschub bereich 5 auf. Die Patrize 1 besitzt zudem an der dem Einschubbereich 5 benachbarten Seite des an der Prothese befestigbaren Teils 7 eine ebene Anlagefläche 8 als Gegenlager zum schwalbenschwanzförmigen Einschub bereich 5, welche Anlagefläche 8 an einer ebenen, vom Schlitz durchgriffenen Fläche 6 der Matrize 3 in der Einschublage sich abstützend anliegt, wie dies aus Fig. 5 verdeutlicht ist. Wie insbesondere aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, ist die Patrize 1 am in Einschub richtung vorn liegenden Ende (in der Zeichnung unten) zwischen dem schwalbenschwanzförmigen Bereich 5 und der ebenen Anlagefläche 8 mit einem nach vorn in Ein schubrichtung offenen Schlitz 9 versehen, mittels dessen die beiden Bereiche 5 bzw. 8 voneinander ge trennt sind. Der Schlitz 9 reicht etwa über ein Drittel der Höhe der Patrize 1. Der so gebildete spreizbare Bereich der Patrize 1 ist von einer Kopfschraube durchgriffen, deren Kopf 10 bündig in der dem Schlitz 9 abgewandten Fläche des schwalbenschwanzförmigen spreizbaren Bereiches liegt, oder aber hinter diesem zurücksteht. Der Durchgriffsbereich des Teiles 5 ist dabei gewindelos ausgebildet, während der Schrauben kopf und ebenso die entsprechende Aufnahme in dem Schenkelteil nach Art einer Senkschraube ausgebildet ist. Der Gewindeschaft 11 der Kopfschraube ist in eine Gewindebohrung 12 des an der Prothese befestig baren Teils 7, 7′ einschraubbar. Hierdurch ist der Abstand zwischen den schwalbenschwanzförmigen Bereich 5 im Bereich der Schlitzung 9 und der Gegenlagerfläche 8 einstellbar, wodurch die Klemmkraft (Haftreibung) gezielt einstellbar ist. Eine Überspreizung des durch den Schlitz 9 gebildeten Teils ist nicht möglich, da kein Abspreizen nach außen, sondern ein Anziehen nach relativ innen erfolgt, maximal bis zur Anlage an die Gegenfläche 8.
