Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a baffle arrangement acc. the preamble of claim 1.
The invention is concerned specifically with the leadership and Movement of granular bulk material in bed filters and Fluid bed reactors. When separating solid particles and / or in the adsorption of gases on fill layers the bulk material at regular intervals or continuously Lich moved to destroy the filter cake formed or the material loaded with harmful gases. To The goal is to achieve high levels of separation and adsorption Passage of the gas through the bulk material as long as possible be. Since bulk material consumption should be as low as possible, it is sensible, the entire bed layer in several individual layers to subdivide and only the highly loaded raw gas-containing part to move or carry out the layer relatively frequently.
Diese Anord nungen weisen einerseits relativ kurze Durchtrittswege auf und neigen andererseits unter bestimmten Betriebsbedingungeen zu Verstopfungen.DE-OS 38 30 618 and GB-PS 13 18 622 are baffle plates Arrangements for packed bed filters for adsorbing harmful substances fabrics from exhaust gases match with a between blinds other arranged baffles sliding down adsorbent known as a filter bed, the baffles vertical and have sections inclined towards the absorbent between which the passage openings are formed. This arrangement On the one hand, openings have relatively short passages and on the other hand tend under certain operating conditions to constipation.
The object of the present invention is now a baffle to specify the arrangement for the bedding described, the on the one hand, long gas passages through the bulk layer causes and on the other hand it allows wider Fill layers advantageously in several individual to divide layers.
The present inventor proposes to solve this task dung the features in the characterizing part of the claim 1 are specified. A particularly advantageous embodiment this inventive solution is in the characteristics of Pa claim and the other characteristics of the subclaims che 3 and 4 to see.
Due to the combination of cross and counterflow, now of the present invention long gas passages reached through the fill layer. The bulk material is thereby optimally used in adsorption processes, in the particle high separation rates are achieved. Through the easy to divide into sub-layers, each one can have separate deduction, the bulk material consumption minimized, since only the raw gas side, highly loaded part rela tiv must be renewed frequently. Through this vertical Bending some of the baffles will be a good one Bulk material movement even when loaded with solid particles guaranteed.
Weitere Einzelheiten werden im folgenden anhand der Figur näher erläutert:Further details are given below with reference to the figure explained in more detail:
The figure shows schematically in section a Schüttschichtfil ter, which consists essentially of one or more filter beds 1 , 2 , which are housed in a housing 3, which is flowed through in the direction 4 .
The walls of the filter bed 1 migrating from top to bottom for its flow-through part consist on one side of baffles 7 , the upper sections 5 are inclined vertically and de ren lower sections 6 to the center of the bed 1 , so that there are intermediate openings 8 . On the other side of the filter bed 1 , it is guided through further guide plates 11 , which likewise have an upper vertical section 9 and a lower section 10 , which is also inclined inwards. Here, too, there are openings between each a ge inclined lower and a vertical upper section 12 through which the gas to be cleaned flows. The baffles 7 and 11 of each side are a mirror image of each other and offset in height so that the lower edge of each angled section 6 and 10 is approximately the height of the kink between the upper and lower part of opposing guide plates. In this way, the openings 8 and 12 are thus offset from one another by approximately half the height.
In bed 1 , the gas to be cleaned thus flows through the openings 8 and out through the openings 12 .
Sind wie dargestellt, beide Betten 1 und 2 unmittelbar anein andergesetzt, so ergeben sich für Bett 2 äußere Führungsbleche 13 aus unteren geneigten und oberen senkrechten Abschnitten 14 und 15 mit dazwischenliegenden Öffnungen 16, sowie innere Füh rungsbleche 17 mit geneigten und senkrechten Abschnitten 18 und 9 sowie Öffnungen 20.Parallel to the bed 1 , another bed 2 can now be provided, which has an identical wall structure made of guide plates lying one above the other in the manner of a louvered slat. Are, as shown, both beds 1 and 2 placed directly next to each other, so for bed 2 outer guide plates 13 result from lower inclined and upper vertical sections 14 and 15 with intermediate openings 16 , and inner guide plates 17 with inclined and vertical sections 18 and 9 and openings 20 .
The now inner vertical sections 9 are each now formed or used as a common sheet for both beds 1 and 2 .
Between the lower sections 10 and 18 of the inner guide plates now inclined away from one another, cavities 19 are thus formed which lie over the inner openings 12 and 20 and are flowed through. This flow through the two beds is shown in the right part of the figure by the arrows 21 . The now for the case of two parallel beds 1 and 2 outer guide plates 7 , 13 are each mirror image to each other at the same height, so that the overall arrangement of two filter beds next to each other is symmetrical.
B. 22,5° bei einem Schüttwinkel von 32° bis 35°.By the described baffle arrangement, a combination of cross and countercurrent is now effected. The harmful gas flows horizontally into the vertically moving bulk material of beds 1 and 2 and is then deflected in this bulk material, so that a vertical gas flow occurs upwards or downwards. This is achieved by the corresponding bending of the guide plates, which then run approximately parallel to the direction of flow of the bulk material. Due to the mirror-image arrangement of the guide plates already mentioned, the subdivision of the fill layer into two single beds 1 and 2 already described now also results. These single beds 1 and 2 can be moved completely independently of one another. To ensure a good flow movement of the bulk material in beds 1 and 2, especially when used as a filter, the angle of the inclined part of the guide plates, based on the direction of flow of the bulk material, is significantly lower than the angle of repose of the bulk material, e.g. B. 22.5 ° at an angle of repose of 32 ° to 35 °.
