Die vorliegende Combination bezweckt die Vereinigung des Vortheiles des Nasenklemmers mit dem der Lorgnette.The present combination aims to unite the advantage of the nose clip with that of the lorgnette.

Fig. ι zeigt das Augenglas in geöffnetem Zustande. Bei nur kurzem Gebrauche wird, wie bei der Lorgnette, der Halter k mit der einen Hand gefafst und die Gläser vor die Äugen gehalten. Da dies nun bei längerem oder auch nur etwas länger anhaltendem Gebrauch nicht nur ermüdend ist j sondern auch die betreffende Hand dadurch gebunden wird, so ist die Einrichtung getroffen, dafs das Glas (bezw. die Gläser) in der Weise wie der Nasenklemmer auf die Nase geklemmt werden kann. Die Hand wird dadurch frei. Der Halter kann so zart und leicht ausgeführt sein, dafs dessen Mitanhängen nicht lästig oder hindernd wirkt.Fig. Ι shows the eyeglass in the open state.
