Darüber hinaus schränkt diese An­ ordnung der Leistungsbauelemente die vorhandene Leiterplattenfläche stark ein. Durch die Gestaltung der Kühlelemente und die Anbringung der Leistungsbauelemente müssen solche Geräte groß dimensioniert werden und nehmen erheblichen Einbauraum in Anspruch.The invention relates to an electrical device of the type of the main claim. Duch die Anbringung der Leistungs­ bauelemente auf einer gut wärmeleitenden Platte ist darüber hinaus eine gute Wärmeableitung möglich, wodurch auch eine größere Zahl von Leistungsbauelementen aufgebracht werden kann. Zusätzlich ist durch die gute Wärmeabführung eine höhere Umgebungstemperatur möglich, wie sie z. B. im Motorraum eines Kraftfahrzeuges herrscht. Die Anschlußleiste 17 ist mit Hilfe einer Dichtung 23 gegen Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit geschützt so auf der Platte 10 befestigt, daß die Öffnung 22 nach oben durch die Steckerleiste 17 verschlossen ist. Die elektrisch leitende Ver­ bindung zwischen Leiterfolie 11 und den Anschlußdrähten 21, 15 der Steckerleiste 17 und der Leistungsbauelemente 14 ist durch Tiegel-Löten erstellt.At one end of the plate 10 , a connector strip 17 is attached on its upper side. Elektrisches Gerät, insbesondere Schalt- und Steuergerät für Kraft­ fahrzeuge, mit einer die elektronische Schaltung tragenden als Leiter­ folie ausgebildeten Leiterplatte (11), die auf einer gut wärmeleiten­ den Platte (10) angebracht ist, einer mit Steckern (19) versehenen An­ schlußleiste (17) und mindestens einem zu kühlenden Leistungsbauele­ ment (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiterplatte (11) auf die eine Seite der gut wärmeleitenden Platte (10) aufgebracht ist, daß Leistungsbauelemente (14) und Anschlußleiste (17) auf der gegenüber­ liegenden Seite der wärmeleitenden Platte (10) befestigt sind und daß ihre durch Öffnungen (16, 22) in der Platte (10) dringenden Anschluß­ drähte (15, 21) mit der Leiterfolie (11) elektrisch verbunden sind.1.
