Description

Sicherheitsrasierhobel. Sicherheitsrasierhobel für gelochte Flachklingen verschiedener Breite mit verschiebbarer Kammplatte sind bekannt. Bei diesen Hobeln ist die Deckplatte mit Rücksicht auf die Klinge erheblich schmaler als die gewöhnliche Klinge. Dies hat zur Folge, daß diese Klingen an den Schneidekanten nicht genügend überdeckt sind und infolgedessen federn. Die vorliegende Erfindung besteht nun darin, daß die Klinge zwischen zwei gleichzeitig zu verschiebenden geschlitzten Platten liegt, nämlich der bekannten verschiebbaren Kammplatte und eer besonderen, unterhalb der Deckplatte einzulegenden Druckplatte, die annähernd die Breite der normalen gelochten Flachklpmge hat. Abb. i zeigt den Sicherheitsrasierhobel im Querschnitt mit normal breiter Flachklinge, Abb. a mit schmaler Klinge, Abb. 3 und 6 zeigen die geschlitzte Druckplatte im Länge- und Querschnitt, Abb. q. die mit zwei Stiften und mittlerem Schraubbolzen versehene Deckplatte im Querschnitt, Abb. 5 die Aufsicht auf die geschlitzte Druckplatte, Abb. 7 die Aufsicht auf die geschlitzte Kammplatte mit aufgelegter schmaler Klinge. Die Klinge c' liegt zwischen Druck- und Kammplatte. Nach Lösen des Grifffes e läßt sich der Schutzkamm d in die gewünschte Lage zur Schneide einstellen, wobei er die Druckplatte b infolge ihrer Verbindung mit der Kammplatte besc f und g mitnimmt. Durch diese Anordnung sind die Klingen, ob breit oder schmal, .beim Gebrauch des Messers stets bis dicht an die Schneidekanten überdeckt und somit starr, so daß ein Federn der Klingen ausgeschlossen ist. The blade c 'lies between the pressure plate and the comb plate. PATENT CLAIM: Safety razor for perforated flat blades of various widths, characterized in that the blade lies between two slotted plates (b, d) that can be moved at the same time, namely the known movable comb plate (d) and a special one to be inserted below the cover plate (a) Pressure plate (b), which is approximately the width of the normal perforated flat blade (e).
