Abstract

Dies erspart gleichwohl für genannte Zwecke im Kurbelgehäuse Platz. Zudem wird mit Umgehung der Ölwanne als Zwischenspeicher die Möglichkeit der Ölverschäumung, des Ölpanschens sowie einer Ölalterung ausgeschaltet, da das Öl weder an den schnell bewegten Teilen im Kurbelgehäuse entlangläuft noch mit auf anderem Wege geführtem Öl zusammentrifft. Die Ölabführung erfolgt mittels einer ebenfalls außen am Zylinder­ kopfgehäuse angebrachten Pumpe, die mit der Saugseite an die Sammelleitung und mit der Druckseite an einem fortführenden Teilstück der Rücklaufleitung angeschlossen ist. Bei einem Gehäuse 1 eines Zylinderkopfes in Fig. 1, der hier mit mehreren Kammern 2 zur Aufnahme der Zündeinrichtungen, einer Nockenwelle 3 mit mehreren Nocken 4 und zugehörigen Füh­ rungsgehäusen 5 für nicht dargestellte Tassenstößel der Gas­ wechselventile beschrieben sein soll, ist eine Sammelleitung 6 entlang einer Längsseite 7 des Gehäuses 1 außen befestigt. Die Sammelleitung 6 ist mit einem Steuerraum 8 des Zylinderkopfes an Stellen 9, die zwischen den paarweise zusammengefaßten Füh­ rungsgehäusen eines Zylinders liegen, durch je eine Bohrung 11 verbunden. Das aus den Lagerstellen der Nockenwelle tropfende Schmieröl sammelt sich am Boden 12 des Steuerraumes 8 und fließt von dort durch die gegebenenfalls in Vertiefungen 13 liegenden Bohrungen 11 (Fig. 2) in die Sammelleitung 6 ab. Durch die in Fig. 3 dargestellte Neigung der Sammelleitung 6 fließt das Öl zum tiefer gelegenen Ende 14 der Sammelleitung. Wie in Fig. 1 zu sehen ist, schließt sich an das Ende 14 der Sammelleitung 6 ein Teilstück 15 einer Rückführleitung 10 an, die extern des Gehäuses 1 und des gesamten nicht näher beschriebenen Maschinengehäuses geführt wird und die mit einer Pumpe 16 an deren Saugseite 17 verbunden ist. Das in das Teilstück 15 der Rückführleitung 10 einfließende Öl wird von der Pumpe 16 abgesaugt und von deren Druckseite 18 über ein fort­ setzendes Teilstück 19 der Rückführleitung 10 in einen sich anschließenden, außerhalb der Brennkraftmaschine befindlichen Ölvorratsbehälter, der nicht weiter dargestellt ist, gepumpt. Die Pumpe 16 wird über ein Antriebsrad 20 beispielsweise mittels einer Kette mit einem Nockenwellenantrieb, welche Kette und Antrieb nicht zeichnerisch ausgeführt sind, betrieben und ist an einer Stirnseite 21 des Gehäuses 1 befestigt. Claims (2)

1. Einrichtung zur Rückführung von Schmieröl aus einem Steuerraum eines Zylinderkopfes einer Brennkraftmaschine in einen Ölvorratsbehälter mit einer am Zylinderkopfgehäuse in Längsrichtung des Zylinderkopfes sich erstreckenden Sammelleitung und mit einer an die Sammelleitung angeschlossenen und zumindest im Bereich des Zylinderkopfes außenliegenden Rücklaufleitung, die mit einem Ölvorratsbehälter verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ölrücklaufleitung (15, 19) insgesamt außerhalb des Maschinengehäuses angeordnet ist und daß die Sammelleitung (6) außen am Zylinderkopfgehäuse (1) angebracht ist, wobei die Sammel­ leitung (6) in ein Teilstück (15) der Rückführleitung (10) mündet, das seinerseits an einer Saugseite (17) einer Pumpe (16) angeschlossen ist, welche an einer Stirnseite (21) des Gehäuses (1) befestigt ist, und von deren Druckseite (18) ein mit dem Ölvorratsbehälter verbundenes Teilstück (19) der Rück­ führleitung (10) abgeführt ist.1.Device for returning lubricating oil from a control chamber of a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine into an oil reservoir with a manifold extending on the cylinder head housing in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder head and with a return line connected to the manifold and at least in the area of the cylinder head which is connected to an oil reservoir , characterized in that the oil return line ( 15, 19 ) is arranged overall outside the machine housing and that the collecting line ( 6 ) is attached to the outside of the cylinder head housing ( 1 ), the collecting line ( 6 ) being in a section ( 15 ) of the return line ( 10 ) which in turn is connected to a suction side ( 17 ) of a pump ( 16 ) which is attached to an end face ( 21 ) of the housing ( 1 ), and from the pressure side ( 18 ) of which a section ( 19. ) Connected to the oil reservoir ) of the return line ( 10 ) is removed. 2.
