Abstract

A lubrication pipe is made of a thermoplastic material and is prefilled with a viscous or consistent lubricant, based on mineral oil, synthetic or partially synthetic viscous lubricants, and additionally metallic soap thickeners and additives. The pipe (2) filled with lubricant (1) has two layers (3,4) each of similar thermoplastic material with simultaneous interposition of a coextrudable joining agent which are uniformally bonded by coextrusion. USE/ADVANTAGE - The pipe is used for lubrication pipes and main pipes of central lubrication units of vehicles according to DIN 75 203. Mfr. of the pipe is inexpensive.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft Schmierleitungsrohre aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen, z. B. für Haupt- und Schmierstellenleitungen von automatischen Zentralschmieranlagen an Kraftfahrzeugen nach DIN 75 203, die mit konsistenten oder viskosen Schmierstoffen vor­ befüllt und aus mindestens zwei Schichten aufgebaut sind, die ihrerseits stoffschlüssig einheitlich verbunden sind.The invention relates to lubrication line pipes made of thermoplastic Plastics, e.g. B. for main and lubrication point lines from automatic central lubrication systems on motor vehicles according to DIN 75 203, with consistent or viscous lubricants filled and made up of at least two layers that for their part are integrally connected.

Fließfetten der NLGI-Klasse 000 bis 00 nach DIN 51 818 auf Mineralölbasis, haben sich für die Hauptleitungen, auch unter voller Nutzung der für die Rohre zulässigen Betriebsdrücke und Temperaturen, sowie für die Schmierstellenleitungen von automatischen Zentralschmieranlagen von Nutzfahrzeugen seit Jahren im praktischen Dauereinsatz bewährt; sie stellen damit ein zuverlässiges, montagefreundliches und kostengünstiges Leitungsrohr für Zentralschmieranlagen der Verbrauchsschmierung dar (siehe auch DIN 24 271). Als Nebenforderung kommt hinzu, die Umweltbelastung beim Einsatz solcher Anlagen zu reduzieren und dies auch bei den Schmier­ leitungen bezüglich der vorbefüllten Schmierstoffe entsprechend zu berücksichtigen. B. solche, die Kraftstoff führen, bestehen. Schmierleitungsrohr für Schmierstellen- und Hauptleitungen von Zentralschmieranlagen aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen, das mit einem viskosen oder konsistenten Schmierstoff vorbe­ füllt ist, der auf Mineralöl-, synthetischer oder teil­ synthetischer Basis des viskosen Schmieröls bzw. - für konsistente Schmierstoffe - zusätzlich mit Metallseifenein­ dickern und Additiven aufgebaut ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mit Schmierstoff (1) vorbefüllte Rohr (2) aus mindestens zwei Schichten (3, 4) je eines gleichartigen thermoplastischen Kunststoffs oder je eines verschiedenartigen thermoplastischen Kunststoffs unter gleichzeitiger Zwischenschaltung eines koextrudierbaren Heftvermittlers besteht, die stoffschlüssig einheitlich miteinander nach dem Verfahren der Koextrusion verbunden sind.1.
