Im Spritzgießverfahren hergestellter Rahmen aus thermo­ plastischem Kunststoff für einen ebenen Gegenstand, wie Spiegel, Glasscheibe o. dgl., wobei der Rahmen als zur Rahmenrückseite hin offenes Profil ausgebildet ist, dessen Innenrand auf der Vorderseite des ebenen Gegenstandes auf­ liegt und dessen Rückseite ein hakenförmiges, den ebenen Gegenstand hintergreifendes Halteelement aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement einstückig am freien Ende einer oder mehrerer einstückig mit der Rahmenrück­ seite verbundenen Kunststoffbiegefedern ausgebildet ist, wobei die Anordnung so getroffen ist, daß der ebene Gegenstand beim Einlegen in den Rahmen unmittelbar nach dessen Ent­ formung unter Ausnutzung des thermischen Schwundes und des Nachschwundes des Kunststoffmaterials von der oder den Kunst­ stoffbiegefedern verspannt wird.1.
