Spiralgehäuse in tangentialer Richtung eintritt.Water turbine with spiral casing. The invention relates to a
Water turbine with spiral casing in which the rotor is surrounded by in a known manner
an inner ring of rotatable guide vanes and an outer ring of fixed guide vanes
lies. According to the invention, at least one of the guide blades is different
in the outer ring in length or angular position in relation to the direction of flow of
the other shovels. The longer or longer guide blades are initially
the water inlet point of the turbine. These blades approach the radial position
with ° with respect to the axis of the turbine more than the following blades. Further takes
the length of the cross-section of the successive blades in the same ratio
how the cross-sectional opening of the volute casing is reduced. Through this
Arrangement will be eddies and shocks of the water within the volute
avoided. It has been found that when the guide vanes are in the same
Radial position and have the same cross-sectional length, that part of the
F. guide vane ring, which is located directly at the inlet, receives less water
than the other parts of the ring, due to the high speed of the water,
which enters the volute casing in a tangential direction.
The invention is shown in the drawing in a horizontal section
the turbine shown.
The housing wall of a Francis turbine is designated by 22, which
in the embodiment consists of concrete. The water enters the inlet channel at 2
a, which extends to a spiral housing 3. In: the housing sits
on the shaft 9 of the rotor B. The rotor is from a
Guide vane ring
16 surround, in which the guide vanes 27 are arranged adjustable about their axis
are. The guide vane ring 16 includes a guide ring 12 with the stationary
Guide blades 4, 5, 6, 7 is provided. As can be seen from the decorative drawing, take
the guide blades 6, which initially lie on the inlet channel 2, are different
Angular position as the other guide blades 5, 7 and 4, for the purpose of differentiation
of the various angular positions is the angular position of the blades in the drawing
4 has been drawn in dash-dotted lines on the blades 6. It can be seen that
: the guide blades 6 are more of the radial position with respect to the rotor shaft
9 approach than the rest of the guide vanes. The guide blades 5 take again
an angular position closer to the radial position than the blades
7. The same is the case with the blades 7 with respect to the blades 4. the
Length of the cross-section of the successive blades increases in. same ratio
on how the cross-sectional dimension of the volute decreases, d. H. the
Guide vanes 6 at the point of the largest cross section of the volute casing 3
are, as can be seen from the drawing, longer than the blades 5. These in turn
are longer than the blades 7 in terms of their cross-sectional dimension.
