Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von rostschützenden Anstrichmitteln. Schwefelhaltige Rostschutzmittel sind seit langem bekannt und wegen ihrer rostschützenden Eigenschaften vielfach verwendet. So wird z. B. nach Patentschrift 299904 ein fettes Öl mit Harz gemischt, mit Schwefel erhitzt, ferner nach Patentschrift 122688 Chlorschwefel auf Fettgasteer einwirken gelassen. Alle diese Verfahren gehen zunächst davon aus, daß durch Einwirkung von Schwefel bzw. Chlorschwefel, Fette, Öle, teerartige Produkte usw. eine Molekular-Kondensation unter Austritt von Schwefelwasserstoff stattfindet. Bei diesen Verfahren wird der Schwefel teilweise zu Schwefelwasserstoff reduziert, teils bleibt er zu einem geringen Prozentsatz chemisch gebunden.Process for the production of anti-rust paints. Hofmann, Bericht der Deutschen Chemischen -Gesellschaft 27, S. 2807) und am einfachsten durch Erhitzen von Anilin mit einer in bezug auf die Thioanilinbildung überschüssigen Schwefelmenge dargestellt werden.
