Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung von Schutztüren bei Pressen. Gegenstand
der Erfindung ist eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung füt Pressen, inshesondere Exzenterpressen,
mit auf und ab gehendem Preßstempel, bei welcher der Stempel durch aufklapphare
Schntztüren abgeschlossen ist. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Schutztür
durch einen Hebel und eine an der Tür angebrachte Nase gesichert oder freigegeben
werden kann, dergestalt, daß der Verriegelungshebel nur bei stillgesetzter Presse
aus der Sicherungsstellung gebracht werden kann, während die Bewegung des Einrückhebels
in die Arbeitsstellung nur bei geschlossener und gesicherter Stellung der Tür vorgenommen

der Welle i laufenden'Schwungrad 2 angetrieben und bewegt in,nicht dargestellter
Weise mittels Exzenter den Preßstempel, dessen Arbeitsfeld durch Schutztüren
3 gesichert werden soll. Die Türen 3 sind an dem Ständer 4 der Presse
angelenkt. Das Schwungrad 2 kann mit der Welle i durch eine Kupplung 5 verbunden
werden, die mittels der Gabel 6 und einer Zahnstange 7 bewegt werden
kann. In die Zahnstange 7 greift ein Zahnsegnient 8 des Ausrückhebels
9 ein, der bei io am Maschinengestell 4 gelagert ist. Am Gestell 4 ist ferner
ein Hebel i i bei 12 drehbar gelagert, der eine Nase 13 besitzt, die mit
einem Vorsprung 14 an der SchutztÜr 3 zusammenwirken kann. Der Hebel i i
besitzt ferner eine flache Vertiefung 15 und eine tiefere 16, die mit einem Zapfen

Die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist folgende: In der Stellung gemäß
Abb. i befindet sich die Nase 13 des Hebels i i gegenüber dem Vorsprung 14
der Tür 3, so daß diese nicht geöffnet werden kann. Der Zapfen 17 liegt in
der flachen Vertiefung 15,
so daß die Kupplung 5 sich in eingerückter
Stellung befindet. Soll die Tür3 geöffnet werden, so muß zunächst die Kupplung
5 ausgerückt werden, was durch Linksbewegung des Ausrückhebels
9 geschieht. Damit kommt der Zapfen 17 gegenüber der Vertiefung 16
zu liegen, so daß sich der HeM ii über den Zapfen 17 senk-en kann. Hierdurch
geht die Nase 13 nach oben und kommt aus dem Bereich der Stirnfläche des
Vorsprunges 14, so daß die Schutztür 3 geöffnet werden kann. Ein Einrücken
des Hebels 9 ist jetzt unmöglich, weil die Nase 13 oberhalb des Vorsprunges
14 liegt und der Hebel i i mittels der Vertiefung 16 den Ausrückhebel
9 festhält. Erst bei geschlossener Tür 3 kann der Hebel i i von dem
Zapfen 17 abgehoben werden, um den Ausrückhebel 9 bewegen zu können.
Es ist also der Ausrückhebel 9 mit dem Sicberungshebel i i derart gekuppelt,
