Winding arrangement for transformers and reactors, in which
the connection points of a winding leg removed from the ends of the leg
and parts of the winding arm are connected in parallel to each other. object
The invention is a specially designed winding arrangement for transformers
and reactors of the known type in which the connection points of a winding leg
from the ends of the limb and parts of the winding limb are remote from one another
are connected in parallel.
zueinander parallel liegen. This particular embodiment is characterized in that each of the two connection points divides the entire winding leg into two parts, the number of turns of which is 1: 3 , that the turns of the winding leg half located between the connection points are wound or switched in the same direction, and that those outside the connection points Quarters of the winding legs are wound or connected in the same direction as each other but in the opposite direction to the winding leg half lying between the connection points, in such a way that the middle winding leg halves and the second winding leg half formed by connecting the outer quarters in series are parallel between the connection points in a manner known per se.
In the drawing, such a winding arrangement is illustrated in two different versions by FIGS. 3 and 4. For comparison, two embodiments of known winding arrangements are shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in which the connection points of the winding legs are also located between the leg ends. It is assumed that the four winding arrangements shown are intended for the same voltage. In the single-leg version (Fig. 3) , the winding arm therefore has twice as many series-connected turns as in the double-leg version (Fig. 1, 2 and 4).
-#O be-
zeichnet. The connection points of a winding leg, d. H. the points at which the winding limb is connected to the terminal or to the other winding limb are denoted by P, p for one winding limb and Q, q for the other winding limb. If two parts of a winding leg are connected in parallel between the connection points, the ends of the winding leg parts converging at the connection points are distinguished by the indices i and 2 on the characters just mentioned. In Figs. 3 and 4 there are three points of equal potential on the winding legs with rll r2, r. and sv s2, - # O sawn distinguished.
The comparison of the figures shows that the new winding arrangement (Fig. 3, 4) has in common with the older known arrangements (Fig. 1, 2) that the connection points are not at the ends of the winding legs, but between the ends. In the known arrangements, they are in the middle of the winding legs. In the illustrated versions of the new arrangement, they are at the end of the first quarter and the third quarter of the winding leg, so that here each of the two connection points divides the whole winding leg into two parts, the number of turns of which is 1: 3 . In the known arrangements, the winding legs are divided into equal parts by the connection points.
der Klemmen bei der neuen Anordnung erheblich kürzer aus als bei der bekannten Anordnung;
Compared to the winding arrangement according to Fig. 2, the new arrangement offers the advantage that the many ascending and descending coil connections are omitted except for one. The new arrangement has this advantage in common with the arrangement according to Fig. I. Compared to the latter, however, the new arrangement offers the following advantages: In the two-legged design (Fig. 4), the insulators of the terminals, which are brought up to the connection points, are considerably shorter in the new arrangement than in the known arrangement; namely, they are each shortened by a quarter of the winding leg length. However, the following must be observed: With these winding arrangements, the center point of the winding is usually earthed. In Fig. I, the lines P, 7q, and P, -q, are to be connected to the iron core for this purpose; In Fig. 4 the line p, P, 7q " q, is to be connected to the iron core. With the arrangement according to Fig In the arrangement according to Fig. 4, however, the ends of the winding legs retain a voltage against the iron core that is equal to a quarter of the operating voltage. For this voltage, the winding leg ends must be insulated from the iron core and likewise the connecting lines r , -r, and s, -s, (Fig. 4). But this is not a disadvantage of the new arrangement, because without an intermediate layer of insulating material, the ends of the winding legs will not rest against the iron core even with the arrangement according to Fig If a winding press is arranged, the compression rings will also be underlaid with Ikliermaterial, as with the new arrangement (Fig. 4) the tension against the iron core is very high The operating voltage is relatively small, for example with 100 KV operating voltage only -.5 KV, you don't need a lot of insulating material for the winding leg ends , at least not much more than you would attach anyway for mechanical reasons. The above-mentioned savings in insulating material in the terminal insulators therefore need not be bought at the cost of a considerable amount of insulating material elsewhere in the new arrangement.
If one compares the single-leg design of the new arrangement (Fig. 3) with the arrangement according to Fig. I, the former does not save on insulating material for the terminals, but has another advantage. The center points of the windings are grounded in both cases. In Fig. 3 the points i ", r, possibly also r. Are to be thought of as being connected to the iron core, in Fig. I the lines p, -q" and p, -q ,. With regard to the insulation of the winding leg ends from the iron core and with regard to the insulation of the terminal connection points from the iron core and the housing of the transformer, the two arrangements are accordingly completely equivalent. The voltage between the winding leg ends and the iron core is zero, the voltage between a terminal connection point on the one hand, the iron core and the housing on the other hand is each equal to half the operating voltage. In the new arrangement (Fig. 3) , the voltage between the terminal connection points is absorbed by the winding column located between these points, while in the arrangement according to Fig have to.
