Description
Process for the production of loofah insoles. The invention relates to a process for the production of loofah insoles. So far such insoles have been used cut directly from the so-called loofah cucumber. The loofah cucumber became too For this purpose softened, cut open, freed from the rib and the so obtained Loofah sponge dried, pressed and then the sole punched out of it. depending on the size of the loofah, one to a maximum of two pairs of soles could be punched out of a loofah will. The resulting waste could only be sent to the toy industry are sold and so were as good as worthless if you don't have about two up wanted to sew three large pieces of waste together, but of course not by any means made it possible to use all waste pieces and also did not result in a uniform sole, or that another material was used to support the loofah waste, so that the loofah waste was only used as filler material or the like. The invention The aim is to use loofah waste of any kind without the need for other materials are. For this purpose, the waste is softened, dried and then made into sheets laid one on top of the other and next to one another, pressed under intense heat, then into soles cut or punched, sewn through and finished. The essential advance lies in the fact that the previously almost worthless waste becomes naturally grown, loofah sponges approximately equivalent plates can be processed.
