Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for cleaning contaminated groundwater and the flow through it Soil, with one to clean in the area of the groundwater-driven shaft with an area water-permeable and water-impermeable in some areas permeable shaft wall.
At a seminar lecture on September 26, 1989 in Berlin Process variants for a hydraulic subsurface remediation mentions what contaminated ground pumped water out of a shaft and outside the Shaft is cleaned. In one of these variants the cleaned groundwater is then restored through another and distant shaft into the Soil returned. This procedure exists the risk that at least in the area of the sampling well Noteworthy, a noticeable lowering of the water table adverse consequences such as root drainage areas, damage to structures above etc., arises. In addition, because of the return line of the groundwater at least two holes be brought. Usually there are several swallow holes, so there is no risk of overwhelming a sip well occurs. With flowing groundwater also the risk that the contaminated water in the Fountain through inflow of fast flowing upper water layers that come from the unloaded lateral areas Wells flow, is displaced. This danger will supported by the strong artificial slope, which occurs in a well from which water only is suctioned off.
The invention is based, with Vermei the task extension of the aforementioned disadvantages of known Ver drive an arrangement of the underground renovation gangs mentioned in such a way that they are simple and cost-saving in its structure and in its application is.
The task is fiction, with the arrangement resolved according to that one below the bottom water level in a between water permeable Be container wall sections lying impermeable Section of the shaft wall tightly insertable partition wall dung, which has an opening for a through channel has part of the flow path one in the well is arranged circulation pump and above the Groundwater level ends in the well shaft, and that in Area of the well filter in the flow path of the Pump are arranged.
With an arrangement according to the invention, the cleaning made within the introduced shaft. It ent an extraction of groundwater from a shaft and its return via additional sips pit. You can also use existing drilled brun can be used if they are above of the water table at least in some areas have water-permeable shaft wall.
The filter can be at least partially useful as Ring filter in front of water-permeable sections of the Shaft wall above and / or below the partition be arranged wall. Advantageously, the Through channel within which the circulation is expedient pump is arranged on one side of the partition a housing with filter inserts, its outer wall at a distance from the shaft wall runs and that on his distant from the partition End has a water inlet or outlet opening. The Arrangement designed according to the invention can thus be a tube have, with which a well bore subsequently can be lined up before installation For example, water in sections through holes is made permeable and in such areas with Ring filters is provided. It can do so in many cases also suffice if only the bore area below of the water table with a shaft wall of the be type is provided. The arrangement according to the Er However, the invention can also be used alone in the housing provided filters are operated.
The partition of the arrangement can be conveniently by a pot-like insert formed on its outside jacket with at least one inflatable clamping hose as Fastening member is provided. The pot-like use can be put together with the pump connected to it having tubular passage and its Fil insert housing into a well shaft down below lower the water table and then inflate it of preferably several outer clamping hoses in the Brace the well shaft, while at the same time sealing tion of the gap between the pot-like insert and the Shaft wall is reached.
The filter inserts of the arrangement can be made before seen reconstruction of the arrangement according to known Ver drive clean or regenerate. This is especially true for the Fil accommodated in the filter insert housing operations.
The following is an embodiment of an arrangement according to the invention based on the drawing explained in more detail, which is a schematic longitudinal section through one brought into a drilled well shaft Arrangement shows.
In a contaminated soil area 10 , which is penetrated up to a, mirror 11 with ground water, a well shaft 12 has been drilled. In the well shaft, a tubular body 13 is used, which is composed of water-impermeable wall sections 13.1 and water-permeable wall sections 13.2 . The Rohrkör by 13 lies with a flange 14 on the opening edge of the well shaft 12 and can be closed by means of a cover 15 . Cut in front of the water-permeable Wandungsab 13.2 ring filters 16 are arranged, the structure of which depends on the type of impurities to be removed. For example, activated carbon filter rings provided with a water-permeable protective cover can be used here.
In the tubular body 13 , a partition 17 is inserted below the groundwater table 11 , which has an opening in which a tubular passage 18 is inserted. The partition wall 17 forms the bottom of a pot-like insert body 19 , on the outer jacket of which two inflatable clamping tubes 20 are arranged, which are inflated after the insertion of the insert body to tighten it on a water-impermeable wall section 13.1 of the tubular body 13 . Inside the tubular passage 18 , the upper opening 18.1 above the water table 11 in the region of a water-permeable wall section 13.2 of the Rohrkör pers 13 , an electrically operated circulation pump 21 is arranged. In its lower section, the tubular passage 18 is expanded to a cylindrical housing 22 which has a lower inlet opening 23 and which is filled with a plurality of filter inserts 24 .
The impermeable wall portion 13.1, on which the 17 having insert body is anchored ver 23, the partition wall is located between two water-permeable Wan dung portions 13.2 and is provided on its outside with a sealing gasket 25 which seals the between the wall of the well shaft 12 and the tubular body 13 existing annular gap 26 results. The tube body 13 is closed in the illustrated embodiment at its inner end by an end wall 27 .
Due to the operation of the circulation pump 21 , groundwater penetrating into the tubular body 13 through the lower ring filter 16 is sucked into the housing 22 with the filter inserts 24 and through the filter inserts 24 and the through-channel 18 through into the upper one, which is divided by the partition 17 , above the groundwater table 11 located space of the tubular body 13 promoted, as indicated by the arrows. From there, the highly extracted groundwater can flow through the upper ring filter 16 into the surrounding soil area 10 . Due to the outer sealing collar 25 , the highly extracted groundwater is prevented from flowing back through the annular gap 26 into the well shaft 12 . The groundwater cleaned by the filters is therefore returned to the bottom area 10 , where it can again pick up contaminants before it flows back into the well shaft 12 .
The arrangement can also be operated without the ring filter 16 using only the inner filter inserts 24 . The end wall 27 of the tubular body 13 could also be designed as a filter wall.
