Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Teststreifen, welcher aus einem mit Filtereigenschaften versehenen Trägermedium besteht, auf der die Reaktionskomponente oder Reaktionskomponenten angebracht sind. Ferner bestehen noch Möglichkeiten die Filterkomponente auf verschiedenste Art und Weise in das Reaktions-, Auswerte- und Vorrichtungssystem zu integrieren, wobei dieser Teststreifen zu klinisch-chemischen Untersuchungen verwandt, bzw. für andere analytische Aufgaben eingesetzt und visuell, optisch als auch photometrisch oder reflektionsphotometrisch ausgewertet werden kann. Die optische Auswertung kann z. B. mittels CCD Videokamera und entsprechendem Computer erfolgen! Die beinhaltete Filterkomponente ist dem jeweiligen Extintionsmaximum der Analyse nach Möglichkeit anzupassen! Bisher wurden die Teststreifen mittels einer Vergleichsskala verglichen, bzw. in ein Reflektionsphotometer überführt, wo dann unter Zuhilfenahme eines separaten Filters, bzw. mittels Monochromator die entsprechende Wellenlänge eingestellt wurde, um dann mittels Extinktionsmessung den Wert, der zu analysierenden Substanz bzw.
