Abstract
Description
Die Energie- und Entsorgungsanlagen-Zentrale (kurz EEZ) ist so konzipiert, daß hierbei neben einem wirtschaftlich höchst effizienten, technischen Leistungsvermögen bei der Energieumwandlung eine spezielle Koordinierung von Produktions- und Entsorgungsverfahren in einem Zyklus stattfindet, während gleichzeitig keinerlei Belastungen der Umwelt durch giftige Schadstoffe - auch nicht von CO2 - auftreten.The Energy and Waste Management Center (EEZ for short) is designed in such a way that in addition to an economically highly efficient, technical performance in energy conversion, a special coordination of production and disposal processes takes place in one cycle, while at the same time no pollution of the environment by toxic pollutants - not even from CO 2 - occur.

Claims (1)
- 1. sie zum Ziele hat, eine dampflose Stromerzeugung durch die Steinkohle-Verstromungsanlage (Pos. 5) und Kohle- Koks-Vergasung (Pos. 1) mit angeschlossenen Kohle- Veredelungsanlagen (Pos. 9), Fernwärme-Verwertung (Pos. 10), und Entsorgungsanlagen für Eigenmüll und Fremd-Sondermüll (Pos. 6, 7, 8) nach speziellen Verfahren zu gewährleisten, wobei keine Schadstoffe an die Umwelt abgegeben werden, und auch keine Klimaerwärmung (Treibhauseffekt) hervorgerufen wird,
- 2. die hierbei verwendete Kohle-Koks-Vergasung (Pos. 1) zur Koksproduktion und Wasserstoffgewinnung eingesetzt wird, während die Kohleschlamm-Vergasung (Pos. 4) zur Herstellung synthetischer Gase herangezogen wird, bzw. auch als Wärmemedium für die Fernwärme (Pos. 10) genutzt wird.
- 3. bei der hier angewandten Gasreinigung (Pos. 2) die Restgase nicht abgefackelt sondern angeleitet, bzw. genutzt werden, während gleichzeitig die Edelgasgewinnung und Gasspeicherung (Pos. 3) ermöglicht wird.
- 4. bei der für die Stromerzeugung zuständigen Steinkohle- Verstromungsanlage (Pos. 5) mit speziell konzipierten Rauchgas- Druckwasser- und Druckluft-Turbinen (mit diversen Wirkungsgraden) eine effektive Auswertung der Primärenergie - ebenfalls zur Erzeugung von Fernwärme (Pos. 10) - stattfindet, wobei gleichzeitig auf eine umweltnichtbelastende Kohleverstromung Wert gelegt wird,
- 5. in der Sondermüllverbrennung (Pos. 6) sowohl eigener als auch Fremd-Sondermüll - mit Koks vermischt - ohne schädliche Beeinflussung der Umwelt - verbrannt wird,
- 6. die Entsorgung der EEZ über den Entsorgungsschacht (Pos. 8) durch Umwandlung der Staub- und Rauchpartikelchen - auch CO2 -, des anfallenden Industriemülls, der leicht- und mittelradioaktiv-verseuchten Gegenstände und Materialien im Rahmen eines speziellen Feststoff versatz-Anlagenverfahrens (Pos. 8) derart vonstatten geht, so daß auch das Grundwasser nicht belastet wird,
- 7. sie über die angeschlossenen Kohle-Veredelungsanlagen (Pos. 9), wie z. B. Kohlehydrierung u. a., verfügt,
- 8. die Speisung der Fernwärme-Anlage (Pos. 10) durch die Zuleitungen der Wärmeimpulse vonseiten der diversen anderen EEZ-Anlagen vollzogen wird,
- 9. ihre Größe bzw. Kapazität den jeweiligen, örtlichen Gegebenheiten und Erfordernissen angepaßt werden kann,
- 10. große Teile dieser Verfahrensanlagen in vorhandenen, oder stillgelegten Bergwerken untergebracht werden sollen, zumal der Entsorgungsprozeß vorzugsweise unterirdisch durchgeführt werden sollte.
