Abstract

The object of the invention is to heat pancakes or the like without human service and to dispense them to the customer. The problem is solved by storing the pancakes in a drum-like container. An individual pack with pancakes falls from there into the microwave oven, where it is heated, and is subsequently conveyed to the serving orifice by means of a dispensing mechanism. The pulse of the coin tester sets the drum-like container in motion. When the pancake pack reaches the lowest point, where an orifice is located on the immovable cover of the container, the pack falls out of the orifice via a chute device into the microwave oven. The falling of the pack out of the container is recorded by a photocell which emits the pulse for closing and switching on the microwave oven. The time relay controls the heating time and emits the pulse for opening the door, and at the same time the dispensing mechanism is set in motion and dispenses the pack to the serving orifice.

Description

Verkaufsautomat für Pfannkuchen oder ähnliches existiert nach heutigem Stand der Technik noch nicht. Mikrowellenherde ermöglichen es, solche Automaten zu bauen. Die Automaten können an öffentlichen Stellen aufgestellt werden, um warme Mahlzeiten in kurzer Zeit anzubieten, wie zum Beispiel Pfannkuchen oder Pizza. Der Verkaufsautomat hat die Auf­ gabe, verpackte Ware aufzuwärmen und jederzeit anzubieten. Eine Lösung ist es mit Hilfe mechanischer Vorrichtungen die menschlichen Handgriffe zum Bedienen eines Mikrowellen­ herdes zu simulieren. Der Mikrowellenherd in diesem Automat bleibt unverändert, und steht in der normalen Lage. Die Türe öffnet sich nur soweit es die Verpackung des Verkaufsgutes erfordert. An die Türe wird von innen eine Gleitvorrichtung aus Kunststoff angeschraubt, so daß von oben hineingelassene Verpackung ins Innere des Mikrowellenherdes gleitet. Das Ma­ gazin für verpackte Pfannkuchen ist eine waagerecht gelagerte Trommel, der besteht aus einen äußere unbeweglichen (1) und einen inneren drehbaren (2) Trommel. Die innere Trommel ist am Rand in Abteile (13) eingeteilt, so daß jedes Abteil eine Pfannkuchenpackung aufnimmt. Die äußere Trommel schließt die Abteile (13). Beim Füllen des Magazines steht die Öffnung (12) der äußeren Trommel nach oben, und in der Lage mit der Öffnung nach unten, ermöglicht sie, daß einzelne Verpackun­ gen herausfallen können. Die Rutsche an der Innenseite der Mikrowellenherdtüre nimmt die Verpackungen auf und führt sie zur Palette (5) am Boden des Mikrowellenherdes. Dann kommt der Hebel (6), der waagerecht in Punkt (A) drehbar ist, in Bewegung und drückt die Türe des Mikrowellenherdes zu. Nach der Aufwärmezeit dreht sich der Hebel (6) in die Ausgangslage zurück, und der Auslöser (8) drückt den Ta­ ster (9) zum Öffnen der Türe. Eine Vorrichtung hebt die hintere Seite der Palette (5), so daß die aufgewärmte Verpackung auf die Rutsche (7) gleitet und über sie zur Ausgabeöffnung (10) kommt.Vending machine for pancakes or the like does not yet exist according to the current state of the art. Verkaufsautomat für Pfannkuchen oder ähnliches, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus dem Magazin (1 und 2), für verpack­ te Pfannkuchen, einem Mikrowellenherd (3), einer Vorrichtung zum Transportieren von verpackten Pfannkuchen aus dem Ma­ gazin zum Inneren des Mikrowellenherdes, einer Vorrichtung (5 und 7) zum Transportieren von verpackter Pfannkuchen aus dem Mikrowellenherd heraus bis zur Öffnung am Automat bzw. Ausgabestelle, und Mechanismus zum Öffnen (8) und Schließen (6) des Mikrowellenherdes, besteht.1.
