Um bei elektrischen Apparaten die Stromstärke auf bequeme Weise verändern zu können, wird die auf beiliegender Zeichnung, Fig. 1 bis 6, dargestellte Einrichtung zur Anwendung gebracht. Dieselbe besteht im wesentlichen aus einem bandartigen Streifen, in dessen Innern ein mit nicht leitendem Material verzwirnter Leitungsdraht derartig neben anderen Fäden als Schufs eingearbeitet ist, dafs seine einzelnen parallelen Lagen einestheils durch die noch vorhandenen Schufsfäden isolirt sind; aufserdem sind an den Rändern des Bandes die Drähte durch Kettenfäden von einander isolirt gehalten. Durch diese Anordnung wird ein sehr langer Leitungsdraht erzielt, welcher durch die beim Verzwirnen erhaltene spiralige Drehung bedeutende Multiplicationsfähigkeit gewinnt,. welche wesentlich zur Widerstandsverstärkung beiträgt.In order to determine the strength of the current in electrical equipment to be able to change in a convenient way, the attached drawing, Fig. 1 to 6, shown device brought into use.
